I have had enough of Rush Limbaugh's smearing of John McCain. Here is proof of John McCain's pure conservative credentials:

He supports privatization of Social Security, the Bush tax cuts and Reaganomics. He voted YES on eliminating the estate tax and NO on increasing tax deductions for college tuition.

He also supports the Iraq War and the Patriot Act.

He opposed the Brady Bill and the assault weapons ban (New York Times, August 17, 1999). He voted YES on banning lawsuits against gun manufacturers and NO on background checks at gun shows. He also opposes trigger locks on guns.

He favors the posting of the Ten Commandments in public institutions such as court houses and schools (GOP Debate, Iowa, January 16, 2000). He stated the Confederate flag is a symbol of heritage (Associated Press January 16, 2000). He supports a flag burning amendment (Press Release, April 28, 1999). He voted NO on adding sexual orienation to the list of hate crimes. He voted YES on prohibiting same-sex marriage. He voted NO on prohibiting discrimination in the workplace based upon sexual orientation.


McCain supports the death penalty and voted YES on limiting death penalty appeals. He opposed the murder of Terri Schiavo. He supports school vouchers.

He supported discarding the ABM treaty and developing a missile defense program (Position Paper, April 20, 1999). He voted NO on a Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.

They're good on economics at the Cato Institute, but they're still a buncha queer lovers (see here and here) who want to:

1. Open up the floodgates to Mexicans and other Hispaniolics taking our jobs and our white women (here).

2. Turn whatever portion of America the Mexicans don't steal over to the terrorists (here and here and here).

3. Give guns to negroes (here).

4. Cause Christians to question their faith (here).

But what can you expect from an organization named after a homo Roman politician?

But hey, let's not stop with just Cato. Who else endorses John McCain? Well, for starters, McCain himself claims to rely on the endorsement of "Republicans, Democrats, independents, Libertarians, vegetarians, and Trotskyites." Trotskyites? Trotsky was a murderous, godless, Jewish commie for heaven's sake. That's even worse than being one of the homos at the Cato Institute--or a vegetarian.

Frankly, if the Cato Institute's man gets into the White House, we all might as well start learning to speak Arabic. And Mexican. And Jive. And Trotskeyite. And Greek.

I see McCain teaming up with Obama and then the Manchurian Candidate syndrome kicks in. Those gooks put some kind of bug in his brain, I just know it.

I agree that Reverend Huckabee has the proper attitude of Christian dominion. John McCain may make a good vice president, as he supports the war to convert Iraq. McCain could help keep American troops garrisoned in Iraq until the Second Coming.

Thank you for your informative posting, Brother Harvey. I tried to understand all of that stuff, but I think I accidentally put celery salt in my Snickerdoodles as it was a distraction from my household duties. I am so fortunate to have a husband like Elmer, who fills out my ballot for me. Elmer says "as long as you mark all of the "R"s and leave the "D"s blank, things will be just fine. As far as those judges go . . . fire them all!

PS I do think any Republican candidate would be wise to ask one of our (male) pastors to join him as a running mate!
