Ohio. But the permit is only good in this state so far. No one misses goths and wiccans anyway. The police don't even take missing person reports anymore. No, they were persecuted. The conformity was threatened by the goth's indiviuality. So the conformity relentlessly persecuted them. Out of rage, lowered self-esteem (due to the bullying) and fear of further persecution, the goths took revenge upon their tormenters.
