    THE WARNIN by V Johnson

Here is my newest contribution cause I know Jeezus like some good piambic intameter in his name.
Lawd knows we be needin some quality works here, too.
    Yo be welcome in advance

    Gawd dont like no fools,
He strikes them gone and dead
    So careful when you sleep,
Cause Hill take you from yo bed.

    You say you do believe
You say you bow an pray
You say yo done "Praise Da Lawd"
    Every Single day

But the Lawd he ain't no fool
And them of you that try
To make our Lawd look foolish
    He gonna make you die!

This is why Christians like you people. You have rhythm.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Listening to that song I now understand why Nigra Inspirational/ Spiritual music is so popular by all races in the Baptist Church.I once heard a Korean choir trying to present their rendition of Swing Low Sweet Chariot at a traveling revival. I have to say it wasn't very well done, I couldn't understand a word they were singing....but they did try- shring low, schreet kareiot, coming foe ta carry me homre...or something like that but with more eye squinting.

Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations ... an everlasting covenant.
Proverbs 30:5,6: Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

Yaasir! The lawd blessed us colored folks wif da finest in Negro Spirituals.
I jist be listenin to that fine tune a- swayin and a-swingin wif a lil singin,
but not too much or too loud cause Jeesuz gits a lil scare when he sees us colored folks movin round all frantic and so do the neighbors.
