Why is Puerto Rico allowed to vote in primaries?

Today I am personally offended, shocked, and angry that Obama has now apparantly started to let foreign countries vote in primaries, most likely as part of a sinister plan to knock out the Donald. First up is Puerto Rico, a country populated by what Donald Trump would call rapists and criminals.

Of course, the illegal alien Marco Rubio, aka Little Marco, won there today, so now its just a matter of time before America is overflown with Puerto Rican illegals

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio on Sunday won the Republican primary in Puerto Rico, his second victory in the 2016 race, according to the Associated Press.

I thought this was the United States of America, not Mexico, not Colombia, but AMERICA!

Puerto Rico is an annoying place, like Guam, the Virgin Islands and American Samoa, that is good for paying taxes to real America and joining the military to die for real Americans but not anything else. I hope Donald will build a wall around them so we can stop listening to their silly arguments about so-called "representation". What are they going to do, invade us? Stupid little pissant territory.

Puerto Ricans can't vote in presidential elections, so I'm outraged that they are allowed to vote in the primaries. The Donald will no doubt do something about this when he becomes president.

Puerto Ricans also don't pay any Federal income taxes from income derived in Puerto Rico - so they don't have any reason to get involved in our elections. The whole pissant island in on the verge of bankruptcy and they are looking for a bailout from Obama. Maybe Marco "Chihuahua" Rubio wants to go down there and run the place - or better yet just sign the whole island over to Cuba.

Its actually news to me that Puerto Rico is a part of America (couldn't find it among states starting with the letter P) but if it is, then Donald Trump should deport them all to Mexico and turn the island into an attractive tourist resort for God-fearing, conservative, GOP-voting white Americans.

Great idea! Make it into what Cuba used to be before everything was screwed up by the revolution.

YES! The Donald should turn it into a cut-rate Mexican Disneyland. The local oompa-loompas can get a job for life serving beer to our rich white kids on their Spring break.

Re: Why is Puerto Rico allowed to vote in primaries?

We here in America have tried and tried to get rid of the Puerto Ricans, but they will not accept their manumission. They want our welfare and they want all the free stuff the godless Federal Government gives them, but they don't want to join up and pay taxes with the rest of us. Neither will they let us let them go. They are like a distant cousin who comes for the weekend and then moves in permanently. Worse, they demanded the vote. The solution is that we let them vote in the primaries, but they don't get to vote in the real election. They don't know how the system works and they think the primary is the general election. Please don't mention that to any of them. They are already a lot of trouble and if they find out what the primary really is, they will start blowing up bombs again. They like to do that from time to time anyway and there is no use in stirring them up.
