    Re: Biblically Correct Marriage Amendment

    Biblically Correct Marriage Amendment?

Marriage existed long before Christianity. Why should legislation regarding marriage be decided by any superstitious belief?

Particuarly when the American public possess many different superstitious beliefs?

Isn't that kind of un-American to tell someone to do something according to somebody elses rules?

We do that all the time. That's pretty much what government is.

Yes, I'm very aware thats how your novel goes. However marriage pre-dates the creation of Christianity. These facts raise my questions regarding Christianity governing a practice that pre-dates it.

Furthermore; why should another American of an alternative religion to your own submit to your own legislated beliefs regarding the practice of marriage.

To be honest; they shouldn't. Marriage should be available to all that desire it. Irrespective of Race, Beliefs and Sexuality.

It won't affect you anyway; how does your neighbours relationship affect your own? It doesn't. Be a cool Christian and let them do their thing.

IT MAKES BABY JESUS CRY, THAT'S WHY!

We True Christians(TM) see it as our DUTY to not let other people slide into hell.

We are being NICE to them!

So you have no issue with banishing non-believing people to hell. Yet you get personally upset when they someone of a different sexuality desires to undertake a social ritual that pre-dates Christianity.

Once again, the ritual of marriage pre-dates Christianity. Marriage doesn't exclusively belong to Christianity. Christianity shouldn't dictate who is and isn't able to engage in marriage.

Well, let me be perfectly honest with you. I don't share your silly superstition. Let me be blunt. I think God is Santa Claus for Adults.

God possesses a "reward, punishment factor"; which manipulates people behaviour. Its also imaginary

However, just to humour you. In what modern day country did Adam and Eve live? Were they white, black, asian, hispanic, mediterrean, jewish, etc?

Did they follow the Catholic, Baptist, Anglican, Orthodox, Protestant, Lutheran principles.. or were Adam and Eve Muslim or Jewish?

Did Dinosaurs exist? Did they live inside or outside of Eden. Can I go to modern day Eden? Was Eden destroyed?

What you think is of no consequence, where is your proof, atheist boy?

Does this prove He does not exist/ No.

They lived somewhere to the East of Israel
Were they white, black, asian, hispanic, mediterrean, jewish, etc?
Wow! That is such a stupid question. At that time there were no nationalities. The races came about after the flood - see the story of Noah's sons.

Did they follow the Catholic, Baptist, Anglican, Orthodox, Protestant, Lutheran principles.. or were Adam and Eve Muslim or Jewish?
Their fundamental belief was in God, which is just the same as True Christians™

                      Did Dinosaurs exist?
                      Yes
Did they live inside or outside of Eden.
                      why would that matter?
Can I go to modern day Eden?
No, it is guarded by cherubim with flaming swords - you'd die if you found it - inside is The Tree of Life.
                      Was Eden destroyed?
                      obviously not...

I'll answer your questions with a Yes, Yes and Yes.

I'd rather go to hell then act like a homophobic, acist, intolerant, bigoted hatemonger. Ultimately, if your God did exist I'd assume these traits would send you to hell before I.

Oh and I find you funny because you're uneducated and backward thinking relying on an unreliable text to control your life.

You don't realise the hypocrisy in "knowing" you're right whilst slandering and writing others off to hell because they don't share your beliefs. Even if they're very similar.

Oh and did you get the Passion of the Christ out of your house yet?

                                Dear Hatemonger;

Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule of burning down orphanages and obsessive masturbation to drop by God's favorite forum and spew hatred. The Holy Bible says that we are actually Blessed by your persecution. Shout Glory!!

Matthew 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Enjoy hell. I know that Jesus and I will enjoy watching you burn for all eternity.
