I like to go down to the Florida Everglades and catch manatees. I used to just run into them with my motor boat propeller, but I have since discovered that they taste best if you kill their children in front of them.

Oh, all of this sounds so yummy! From what we have here in Michigan, I would recommend eastern puma (Puma concolor couguar)

Svalbard Bowhead whales

Whale fœtus paté___
4lb whale fœtus liver
1 quart whale milk
1 set fœtal whale brains
3 dessertspoons sea salt
5 star anise
3 tablespoons cracked peppercorns (white)
cream (to taste) (optional)
Rose petal vodka (abount a pint)*
small amount of butter

Soak the liver in the milk 4 hours at room temperature.
Drain and rinse.
Peel and mash the brains add cream (if used) (to taste) and star anise, stir.
Sprinkle the sea salt and alow to stand for an hour or two.
Boil then simmer for 8 minutes. Remove the anise.

Place livers in a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade. Add about 1/2 of the rose vodka, process until combined.
Reduce to lowest speed, slowly add the rest of the vodka in a steady stream.
Process until smooth, adding additional cream (if used) to taste.
Add peppercorns (lightly crushed, or to taste).

Scrape paté into several small crocks and cool to room temperature.
Cover with thin scrape of butter to seal in juices and chill for at least 24 hours.

*Gin may be substituted (or juniper vodka) according to availability

I think we found the ultimate dinner: Northern White Rhinoceros. The only remaining ones is 2 in California and 4 in Africa. Better taste them before they are gone, and just think of all the money you could get by selling the ivory to some jap!

Some gook might turn their horns into male idols and worship them, but I doubt any decent white person would have much use for those worthless nubs. I imagine the rhinos themselves are revolted by them. They look like massive genital warts. Probably brought on by Afro-Californian jig magic.

TURTLE'S HEAD SOUP is a smashing entrée served thick and crunchy (no jokes about Maurice Lester please) or using other parts for a delicious consommé, the fresh water species are simply gorgeous.

My favorite is Baby Panda on a spit.
Smells something awful until the fur burns off but the skins holds in the juices. The bones are soft and slightly rubbery and what meat there is (like a quail) just slips off, so tender. A little A1 and good eating!
I sure hope we can have that again!

Charity begins at home - or maybe you need to be paying attention to your own Bishops in Venezuela. It seems there is a shortage of the sacramental wine and hosts necessary to carry on the Vatican scam.

The LIEberal voting cathylicks that put the socialists in power also seem to have created a toilet paper shortage as well. No doubt the two are somehow linked.

Venezuelan food shortage threatens supply of wine for Mass

Caracas, Venezuela, May 16, 2013 / 12:16 pm (CNA/EWTN News).- Reporter Macky Arenas of the Catholic Lay Report said the serious food shortage in Venezuela could lead to a lack of wine and hosts for the celebration of Mass.

Arenas explained that the shortage in the country is due to “the lack of raw materials.”

“This is not a country known for the production of wine, and the only national company has told the bishops it will not be able to meet demand,” she said in statements to CNA.

Officials in Venezuela are warning that the situation will not improve in the short term, she added.

The liturgy committee of the Venezuelan Bishops’ Conference issued a statement warning that Vino Ecclesia, the company that supplies wine for Eucharistic celebrations, has said it cannot guarantee continuous production and regular distribution because of the lack of supplies needed to make its product.

The committee also said importers are having trouble obtaining foreign currency to bring in liturgical wine made in other countries.

“If it is impossible to obtain wine for Mass certified by other bishops’ conferences, the purest and most natural wine possible should be used instead,” the committee instructed.

The food shortage has become so great that President Nicolas Maduro spoke about it during a visit to Uruguay last week.

Arenas noted that in their statement, the bishops “are not even questioning anyone; they are just simply pointing out a problem and getting in front of the consequences by proposing alternatives.”

She predicted that there will also be “a shortage of wheat for hosts” in the future.

The problem, she contended, is largely due to “the corruption that reigns in the government administration.”

“This is setting the stage for an explosive situation in Venezuela,” she warned.

You know what would be even better than an endangered species dinner? An extinct species dinner! For a while ago, Lonesome George, the last remaining Pinta Island tortoise died. It's possible that there still might be meat left in the freezer.

Minnesota dentist Walter J. Palmer shocked the nation when it was revealed that it was he who illegally shot Cecil, a famous and well known lion outside a national park in Zimbabwe. But not everyone shares the grief. Now it appears that the controversial Landover Baptist Church based in the town of Freehold outside Des Moines, has acquired the remaining carcass of Cecil in an agreement between the Freehold Hunters' Association and Bushman Safaris of Zimbabwe. The carcass of Cecil arrived in Freehold this morning and is now being minced to hamburgers to be served at Landover's highly controversial endangered species dinner next week. The annual endangered species dinner is a long running tradition at Landover with a special permit to kill, import and serve endangered species following the lawsuit Landover vs. Iowa in 1975. "The Bible tells us that man has dominion over all animals", says Freehold mayor Johny Joe hold, "nothing illustrates this better than having an annual dinner consisting of only endangered species", he continues.

The tradition, which in recent years has served the meat of animals such as spotted owl, bald eagle, Mexican grey wolf, manatee, white buffalo and bottlenose dolphin, has drawn plenty of criticism from the Humane Society of Iowa and the World Wildlife Fund. "It's outrageous that this church is exempt from the federal Endangered Species Act" says Minnesotan wildlife conservationist Kent Nygaard, who has campaigned against the event for decades.

This year's endangered species dinner has additonally also drawn criticism for being racist as the lion burgers will allegedly be served by Landover church members dressed in traditional African clothing and blackface.

Mayor Hold however states that there are no plans of changing anything at this year's event that is taking place at the Landover Baptist Church next week in Freehold, Iowa.
