so im just wondering... it's ok for "god" to kill thousand of japanese people but it's not ok for a abortionist to help a women to maybe get something she hasnt asked for or can't give the unborn child a good life?
to my opinion these people are needed just like any other doctor.

if its before 6 weeks i do think it's difrent,
im not saying aborting in every stage of pregnancy is allowed.
but in the first 6 weeks i think this shouldnt be a problem, if the problems that follow are bigger.
aspecially for teen girls or in poor country's.

If science could prove that life begins at conception would you change your mind? Please disregard or correct me if this is misleading, or the improper use of scripture for this case. I'm merely curious, why you think that it is alright for abortion to be performed before brain wave activity can be detected at this time.

I understand and respect ur people's opinion about abortion.
But i do think finding a combination between gods word and modern science is a good way to go.
So yes i do trust science and believe that before brain wave activity abortion shouldn't be a problem . (ofcourse u dont hear me saying that u should have unsafe sex and use abortion as contraception)
But i saw many girls who have a bether life now and wouldnt have had this is they kept there baby.
We have this show now on tv called "teen mums", oftenly these kids end up alone without a husband living in poverty and so are they'r kids wich creats a vicious circle.

So we should determine the value of life based on the quality of life that a person might live? Does that include birth defects, such as knowing a child will be deaf, or possibly blind? That could be a major inconvenience for underprivileged mothers.

if ur deaf or blind u can still function in life, it would be harder for u but it's still possible.
if u know ur child must live like a plant all his life, i do think abortion is a bether option

You must try and understand that when we are talking about retards and defective babies, it is the fault of the parents. 99.999999% of the time either the mother or father has done something to upset God. If God wants to kill that baby He will do so. We don't get to make that decision.

First, this a forum and not a IM text chat. Please try to use better English so the rest of us can understand you.

Second. The probably with your hypothetical is in real life you don't have that kind of absolute knowledge. The doctor may tell you that you baby will be blind, def and dumb but unless the situation is really gross, like the child has no head, he doesn't know for sure since all he would be working on is an ultrasound.

The only reason a doctor would tell a mother she has to abort her baby is because the doctor needs to send more souls to Satan.

I respect your opinion if you are pro-life I can see where you are coming from, however what happens if a woman was raped and became pregnant wouldn't shouldn't it be her right to get a safe abortion?

Do two wrong make a right? Which is greater, the sin of a mother murdering an unborn baby, or a rapist violating a woman? The rapist deserves punishment, does the baby? Wouldn't punishing the baby be punishment of an innocent party?
