Friends,
Many of us have had our hearts gladdened over the last few years by the good work of the Congressional Prayer Caucus. Whether it is reaffirming In God We Trust as our national motto (H.Con.Res.13), fighting attempts to remove "One Nation, Under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance, pushing to have the first week in May declared as "Spiritual Heritage Week" (H.Res.253), recognizing the significant impact the Ten Commandments have had on our development as a Christian Nation by declaring the first weekend in May as "Ten Commandments Weekend" (H.Res.211), erecting hurdles for those who file frivolous lawsuits against public displays of religion (H.Res.2023), it is good to know that some of our elected representatives take their faith in Christ seriously enough to stand strong against the homosexuals, atheists and their Islamic allies, abortionists, pornographers, socialists, and other freedom-hating degenerates who corrupt our society from within like a cancer.
It is good to know that we have allies in government who have not forgotten what our Evangelical Founders had in mind when they introduce legislation that legally declares the United States as a Judeo-Christian nation, legally declares the Holy Bible as God's Word, and declares religion as a prerequisite to freedom.

Matthew 5:14
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
The fact that we have such Godly representatives effectively pushing the Christian perspective through our government and blurring the distinction between secular and Biblical law is not simply an excuse for us to rest on our laurels and be content. We need more outward expressions of our Faith to show to the rest of the world that we truly are that "city upon a hill" spoken of by Jesus, John Winthrop, and Ronald Reagan. I propose that one of the following two designs supersede the present flag of the United States:

This is exactly the kind of cause that our Evangelical allies in Congress will take up, as established by precedent cited above. Frankly, I don't care if it's one big cross or fifty little crosses. The fact of the matter is that we are a Christian Nation and we simply need a cross on the flag. I encourage you to write your representatives frequently and fervently over this crucial matter.
