Brother Bathfire, I came across a handy chart that explains the different kinds of rapes. It's up-to-date and begins with your example. I thought maybe the gentlemen here would like to show this to their wives and daughters for informative purposes. I have shown this to my children as part of their Health Education in our home schooling day.

He's just another damned liberal. If a woman's life is in danger because of her pregnancy, God intended THAT, too. The Bible tells us that women will "be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety." 1 Timothy 2:15
