Those neighbours didn't work hard enough to get those sinners to vote for the Lord. They have themselves to blame. And anyone else in the path of the incoming storm clearly was sinning in some other way. I mean, Jamaica is a writhing pit of sin so they totally deserved the utter devastation they suffered from Hurricane Sandy that nobody cares about because they're all Jigs.

He says it is like what the drill sergeants do in boot camp when they punish the whole company for one person being late by making everyone do the front leaning rest position for an hour instead of chow. Only it is worse because the punishment has to fit the crime. Consider the Amalekites, the Midianites, Sodom, Gomorrah, etc. friend. God is their drill sergeant. Understand?
