I spank my wife with our bedroom's bible for around 15 minutes every evening, this way she doesn't forget who she belongs to.
I do the same with my 2 yo kid and my 6 yo boy every morning so they start up fresh for their prayer.

And Mother of 20. I respect your posts but I just want to mention that it is better to obey what Scripture says than any man, for man is not inspired, the Word of God is. And it is very dangerous to believe something just by what some one preached without doing your own research on the topic.

I agree with you about the hierarchy. I do believe God made women lower than men, BUT that doesn't mean we should be treated less than human or that we should always consider everything they say to be right. Get a study Bible and start looking things up for yourself.

I do agree with you that women should not preach to a congregation. But it says nothing in Scripture about women not being allowed to seek the Lord and read His word in order for Christ to mold them into daughters of God.

Psalm 33:14-15

On all the inhabitants of the earth;
15 He fashions their hearts individually;

From my understanding of this verse, this includes women.
