Your interpretation of them is obviously not the same as mine. If case you didn't know I Timothy is talking about the functions of the church. You must also realize that the American culture is very different than that of the Greek culture and must be taken into context. Also my idea of submission is very different than yours. I believe a woman can be submissive to her husband without him hounding her or beating her all the time. In fact, I think the beating of women stunts the spiritual growth of the woman since she is being treated as you would treat a child. She is an adult not a 10 year old.

And if you would like to know about I Corinthians, please see my post in "When is it right to beat a woman?"

Creation is a conscious act. You are telling me that they guided the seed to your mother's womb, divided the cell, shaped your body in the womb, picked out your hair color, eye color, gender, etc. Are you telling me that without their conscious efforts of "genetic" manipulation, of what can only be described as telekinesis, you wouldn't be here? Because unless that is what you are saying, your parents did not create you. Even a heathen like you should be able to understand this simple fact.

I bet you think you have miraculous self healing powers too, huh? You get cut and you heal yourself using your special psychic powers, right? I guess you control your own heartbeat and can stop it at will if you so chose to? Food would never digest unless you made the conscious effort to digest it. When you got any illness I take it you would die without your own conscious intent to activate your white blood cells? Heck, you would have never reacted adulthood if not for you making yourself age, right?

And people ask us why we say what we say about women. Sometimes I feel bad when I hurt a woman's feelings when informing her of her mental handicap. But it's conversations with people like you that show me how right Jesus is about the fair sex. And for that I thank you.

I asked you to explain how I twisted those verses; Not tell me you "interpreted" it differently than me. How did I twist scripture?

          I either did or I didn't.

And one more thing. I don't care what you THINK about a subject. I only care what Jesus says in His book. So in the future, if you wish to be taken seriously, stick to the Bible and not your personal opinions. OK?

Creation does not have to be a deliberate act. Many of the items we use today were inadvertantly created as by-products of other actions or processes. Pregnancy is sometimes a by-product, so to speak, of sex.

Get it through your thick head, witch; neither your mother or your father can control sperm, eggs or the production thereof. Sperm is an entity in and of itself. They cannot telepathically guide it nor can they use telekinesis to guide it. They most likely had no intimate knowledge of "genetics" nor x-ray/microscope vision to even see the on goings within the womb on a cellular level. They mated like animals. That's all.

I will not comment on this issue any further as I fear I may get stupider by merely reading your asinine replies.

Your worldview is obviously very different than mine.

In my experience, my dad was never a very good spiritual role model. So if I wanted to find out something about what God said, I had to look it up for myself. I can't rely on what man says, I must rely on what God says. Why because men, as well as women, are not perfect, and thus what they say may not always be true. I must rely on what God says rather than what man says.

And how you twisted it, I was actually discussing it with Jean Poole and the verses she quoted. Not the ones you quoted. But I would be more than happy to take you up on your challenge.

And may I remind you that my personal opinions are derived from how I see Scripture, just as yours are derived from how you see Scripture. So to say that my "personal opinions" do not matter, is saying yours do not either.

I am VERY offended by that word. This is a FAMILY forum, and we only use FAMILY-FRIENDLY terminology for feminine hygiene products. I use "beaver dam" for all such products.

I don't endorse beaver dams. They are filthy instruments of self-gratification. This includes the variety that doesn't involve insertion--those can stimulate through friction. I encourage all women to confine themselves to "monthly curse sheds" and squat over buckets. This insures that their cooters will remain pleasure-free.

You've really upset me. Next time you will receive an infraction.

I have conducted exhaustive and conclusive research on this matter.* It's indisputable that women are aroused by these unholy products.

Your long hair may suggest you are female, but your lack of sweater meat proves you are male. Have you conducted any research other than inserting these despicable products into your rear orifice? I'll answer the question for you--no. That makes me the authority.

*I asked two women in the "ladies' aisle" of a Wal-Mart if they received gratification from feminine hygiene products, and after beating one with my belt and the other with my shoe, they admitted that they, in fact, do.
