    What is your favorite ketchup?

As everything knows, nothing goes better with a nice juicy burger and a heaping pile of freedom fries like a nice tomato ketchup. But what is the best brand out there? For obvious reasons, any brand that tastes like traitor won't be included in this poll.

Sorry to go against the grain here, but I always put mustard on my freedom fries. It makes 'em spicy and keeps the kids off of them. I like mustard on my burger, too, I usually put it in between the onion and the top bun. It's easy to slide a mustard packet in between the two and squeeze out a little bit without separating the burger from its paper wrapper.

Ketchup is just a little too 'sweet' for me.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Apparently you are part foreigner, or you would toss the pickles, ask for extra tomatoes and onions and drench it in ketchup, mayo AND mustard. I had a friend back at Keystone School. I'd name him, but he might still be alive....who put about a quarter inch of refined sugar on his hamburger. It grossed me out for years.

I will admit to tossing pickles, but I sometimes add relish to my hot dogs.

I am not sure of Del Monte ketchup, as you all know I am not keen of foreign food most of the time.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

That's just as bad! Anytime you eat a product made from slaughterhouse sweepings, you need only onions, ketchup and mustard.

Your right Pastor. What is wrong with eating burgers the same way John Wayne, George Washington and Jesus ate them back in the day? Now we have to drag out all these French mustards and foreign ketchups like Heinze and Del Monte for We should keep our food like we keep our Christianity; American.

One of the most horrible frauds ever foisted on the American public is the idea of 'grey poupon' mustard being a delicacy. IT'S A WEED! Even the cheese-eating surrender monkeys won't touch it. Yet it's not only being sold, it's probably the main reason for the deficit! BOMB, BOMB, BOMB France!

Pastor, how should I interpret this scripture?
                    Matthew 17:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
                    Is mustard a holy seed?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Doreen makes her own ketchup out of fresh tomatoes, and it's much tastier than any store-bought brand. Once she finishes her chores I'll have her post the recipe.

Re: What is your favorite ketchup?

Here's my tomato ketchup recipe, passed down to me from Nana Jean.

                          1 bushel tomatoes, cut up
10 fresh cayenne peppers, finely chopped
                          12 cloves fresh garlic, minced
                          4 large onions
                          1 quart vinegar
                          1/2 cup salt
                          1/4 cup chili powder
                          1 tbsp ground ginger
                          1 tsp ground cloves

Cook tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and onions together for 1 hour. Let it stand overnight. In the morning, pour off the clear liquid from the top and rub the remainder through a sieve. Cook until half the volume is gone, stirring often. Add vinegar and spices, and cook for another 1/2 hour. Add cornstarch to thicken. Cool and put into mason jars. Makes 2 gallons.
                          1Pet 3:1 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
1Pet 3:2 While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

All I know is to stay away from Heinz Ketchup. Every time you buy a bottle some of the profit goes to support LIEbral causes. Maria Teresa Thierstein Simões-Ferreira Heinz, better known as Teresa Heinz Kerry, is the wife of one of the more disgusting LIEbrals in the U.S. Senate, John Kerry.
