Nerd stuff: Revolver Maps at bottom of forum pages

I just noticed that there is a map at the bottom of the forum pages that shows the location of recent visitors to the forum. If you click the image you go to another place where a rotating globe gives you a visual indication of where guests are coming from.

Well, it's pretty amazing! It looked like there was a person from everywhere there is an internet, we even make it past the islamofascist veiled curtain. I wonder if the DoF has admin level to this globe and can see exactly where each user is?

It appears that the traffic is mostly coming from the civilized countries:

As many people erroneously accept the word of science so-called, it is not surprising that the myth of a rotating globe is perpetuated.

We did try to obtain the flat version, the people who supplied it said, "We will think about it."

How does the Revolver Map handle postings from Cherubims and Seraphims?

Or does it track the Ip address to a terrestrial server?

As you can see from this picture, when you try and render the world as a circle (foolish, I know, but some people ACTUALLY believe this!) it looks nothing like the world as it is! What more proof do you need? It's all distorted and out of focus!

I just noticed a cool feature. If you visit the revolver web page there is a scroll bar on the right side that shows where each visitor is from, and what thread they are reading. This is one of the things that makes the internet great. Who would have ever thought this would be possible?
