The copyright owner of all Christian music is God, and we are people of God, so we have all the rights to use this music in spreading Christianity. Just cause some filthy joos at RIAA thinks they own the rights doesnt mean that they actually own it, the legal copyright owner is God. Some names of those who run unGodly RIAA:

Kevin Kelleher
Zach Horowitz
Craig Kallman

These are all jooish names, and we dont obey joos who claims to own the rights of Gods own music.

If secular law forbids us to be Christians, then we cant follow it.

And correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure that Freehold has special permission by Mel Gibson(and Jesus) to show Passion of the Christ whenever they want at their sermons, so this particular secular law wont apply to Freehold citizens anyway. And as you may know, Freehold has their own laws

Anyone who violates any of the exclusive rights of a copyright owner is an infringer.
Example: Developer scanned Photographer's copyrighted photograph, altered the image by using digital editing software, and included the altered version of the photograph in a multimedia work that Developer sold to consumers. If Developer used Photographer's photograph without permission, Developer infringed Photographer's copyright by violating the reproduction right (scanning the photograph), the modification right (altering the photograph), and the distribution right (selling the altered photograph as part of the multimedia work).
