They have this insanely sharp cheddar at the general store in Southwick, Ma. its the only cheese they dont offer samples of because if they opened it up they would drive the customers away. I guess it stinks really bad. I was too afraid to buy it so i went with the old horseradish cheddar standby. Southwick cheddar is super yummy.. -

Myself, I go for good old traditional Velveeta, made by that grand old American company, Kraft©. That's about as racy as I get. That "sharp" stuff is wild, so I hear.

I can understand you wanting to hang in there with Kraft but stay away from processed cheese. It's about as real as Al Martin's police badge.
For grocery store cheese, Vermont sharp white is hard to beat!

Just traditional Kraft cheese for me as well. Melted cheese on toast ain't to bad .(2 Peter 3:10)
