Re: 101 reasons why Atheists are WRONG !!!
You apparently live in a city with lots of lights and smog that obscure the sky. Try going out to the countryside or use a telescope, you'll find that there are millions of stars. How stupid are you? You didn't even read the first of the arguments you stole from someone else.
Nothing is mistranslated. The KJV 1611 was divinely inspired by the Holy Ghost. Are you saying God doesn't know what He's making people write down?
Do you know what the Immanuel means? Obviously you don't, but don't worry, it is explained later in the Bible, you even quote the right part later in this list, but still don't get it, so I'll explain it fully to you there.
Don't quote the Bible without the appropriate context. If you could read you would have seen that the chapter contains prophecies. And even now Damascus is inhabited by mudslimes, it already is a ruinous heap filled with trash.
Scientists have shown that the Nile has run dry before, and current flow levels show it's drying up again. You can stay in the nile as long as you want, reality shows God punishes Egyptians again and again, because they keep worshiping rocks.
Hebrew is one the Canaanite languages. Do your piffleing research. Read the chapter of the Bible you mentioned. It specifically says Egyptians will fear Israel. It's obvious Israel will again conquer parts of Egypt. Why are you atheists so amazingly ignorant?
Again a prophecy. Read the previous chapter and this one. Don't twist the meaning of the Lord's Word, it is evil.
Again God is talking about the future, it says Egypt will be conquered and destroyed, likely this is talking about the same time as when the Nile will dry out. Obviously no man or beast will walk in Egypt if there is no water. It will simply be desert, uninhabitable. Again the atheist shows idiocy at its finest.
Context dumbasss, CONTEXT! This is talking about the future again. Could you please learn American, pick up a Bible and read it before you post this drivel? The same chapter talks about melting hills, mountains dripping wine, plowmen overtaking reapers, all of those don't happen day to day, but it will happen soon enough.
Jonah is not God. God didn't actually say he was going to overthrow Nineveh, he just made Jonah warn them, and the Ninevehans believed him. And when the people of Nineveh did away with their evil ways God forgave them. That is our Christian God. If you stop sinning and accept God He will forgive you. This chapter is excellent example of how God never changes, some people claim that God was all evil in the Old Testament and suddenly became goody two shoes in the New Testament, but this proves that even before Jesus' sacrifice God was a forgiving God.
No it doesn't, it mentions a prophet named Jeremy. And could you please provide proof that there has never been a prophet named Jeremy who made the same prophecy?
Ah, here we are again, please also read the surrounding verses, it will explain that the very child mentioned here is Jesus. Now to Emmanual, the Bible clearly says that means "God with us", and this is how Jesus is often referred to, God in a human body, God amongst us humans, etc. If you could read American at the level of a 4 year old you would've understood this, but unfortunately you are monkey begotten atheist, so your thinking skills are also a monkey's.
Are all prophecies written down in the Old Testament? Even if a prophecy is simply spoken it's still a prophecy and can be fulfilled.
Are you seriously this dense? The law that is referenced is the law that forbids work on the sabbath. It is mentioned several times in the Old Testament. Although this verse in itself should have been enough, if you had read the context of this verse you would've had an easier time understanding that. This chapter explains that there are some things you can do on the sabbath, like rescuing people from wells and preaching on Sunday, it is a kind of work, but you are still blameless.
There are more definitions of generation than just that one. Here it refers to Jews. Until the end of the world there will be Jews. You really shouldn't have gone to a public school, those make you stupid.
You quoted this same thing before. Jeremy is not the same as Jeremiah. Learn to read and your repeating is offensive. If I can remember this quote then so should you have.
No it doesn't you mormon, it says the priest will go to Heaven and he will see Jesus there sitting on the right hand side of God.
Scripture or it didn't happen. And not out of context or mangling the meaning of our glorious American language.
It was not constructive, it was an extreme showing of ignorance, stupidity, lack of understanding of American and it shows an offensive amount of laziness by you not being willing to read any contextual verses, you just picked some random verses from the Bible and then made up reasons why they couldn't be true.
This is seriously the worst attempt at quoting Scripture to disprove the Bible I have ever seen.
