This seems like a regular idiot but perhaps it is a Christian seeking salvation. In the video she can be heard saying: "you bring your dick, right here, right now, before I embarrass your ass in front of all these mmmmhmmmmm".

If she is a Christian perhaps she believes she needs to be saved by the womb, 1 Timothy 2:15 says so. It may not be the finest example of human behaviour but it might (in her Christian eyes) be her only hope to salvation.
