Goth is largely a costume party, people dressing in odd clothes and doing odd things, irritating people who call themselves normal. It is also expensive, my last jacket was bought for church attendance with a baptist church and was a pocket bender. But it showed elegance and style while being very proper for a Christian background.

All these Goths who come here saying they are trying to be creative, express themselves, be unique - it's all a sham. They've finally admitted it. They just like dressing up (like children) so they can irritate normal people. Well friend, tell you what, you dress in the wrong clothes and show at their little church and when the pastor comes up and tells you you look likie a whoring piece of Satan's harem, you just be nice to him and say sorry. Frankly, I also spent five years in military service and can assure you that if one of their people showed up within a "ten mile radius" of my kids and addressed any of us the way they do when they hide behind their computers, the devil would be hard presed to find enough of them to burn in hell without a candle.

If you were replying to Mr. Hutchins and not to me, then I must ask why you chose to ignore me altogether. Not that I care so much that you ignore what I wrote, but you also ignored the Bible quotes I provided you and went on acting the way you were before I did. Do you just not care what Jesus says? I wouldn't judge you if that were the case, I have many, many non-Christian friends, but your earlier words suggested otherwise.

Essentially the moment I read the accusations leveled at goths by these people and their insults I realized what a joke their site is and I dismissed all respect for them. This done, I basicly skim through their entries and ignore much of it. I also was bombardwed with imbicile level e mails calling me a homo, accusing me of things and essentially proving that they are nowhere near God, simply the same kind of people who have hunted suspected witches and tortured them, often when they had actually done nothing wrong.

Something I heard today

You can shoot this down and insult it, but if you do it is not me you wil be bashing it is the people I got it from who will remain unnamed since I would consider your people to be physically dangerous to others if I shared that info.

The people I refer to are a Baptist church I've been to quite a few times and went again today. I took my youngest since she seemd very glad to join me rather than friends.

The pastor of this particular church emphasized that we live in a deteriorating society, which no one argues, and that when we hear the cries of a deteriorating society it is our job to bring light to them to help stop the deterioration. We all know that trying to save a dying world is impossible, but as he explained it is important to reach those who desire to hear and act upon it and not ignore them. Many people would be willing to take their lives in a more positive direction once shown, but need to be guided by someone. His view is that the churches do not do the saving, as he put it, but him who works through the churches.

Pardon me for pointing it out, not that you care, but your "church" seems to think you believe in the message of Jesus yet I notice that one of your statements is that the unsaved are unwelcome. First off that goes in direct defiance of what the bible teaches, second your attitude of seperation from others you think of as unsaved means that as the Pharisees who considered themselves so very righteous, it is a worthless put on show which fails in the very mission you are upposed to be accomplishing.

As for me ebing unsaved, again I point out that I was baptised by this very church which by biblical standards makes me saved and you judgemental hypocrites. Yes indeed a week bofore that I sat in the pastor's office and we went through the prayer of repentance and at that point I let go of the grudges I held against friends and relatives who had done me wrong, and there were a few.

One other thing before you go to send me my notice of violations, as I attended I was wearing a long overcoat, red shirt, black pants and a leather men's choker with a long chain that had a cross on it with a black jewel. The cross represents the goth who lives in the shadow of the cross and Christianity, the believer. Let me mention also that rebellion against God is a choice, that starts in the mind, of open rebellion and intentional hate of God. It has nothing to do with clothes or with someone being part of a subculture.

One of you sent me a link to a site talking about eating babies, etc. I never looked at the disgusting filth anymore than you looked at links to Christian sites that I sent. I am not a rebel nor do I harm children, but you already know that. You also know that few goths, if any, actually do that sort of thing and the rest of us do not associate with those people.

You only like the parts of the Bible that please you, I follow the entire book. I will not get into it here and now, as we have had this discussion in the past and will again in the future, and this thread is not the place. I just want you to know that I stand beside you, shoulder to shoulder as brothers on this subject. I want to apologize for all of mankind for the abuses you have suffered on this thread. We both know why to some extent this happened here. All we can do is wage the war God wants us to wage, in the trenches, working as fast as speeding bullets against those that try to hinder truth, justice and the American way.

Let me make sure I understand this, a Goth can go to church in a Christian church and be totally sincere in their worship and not have a drop of rebellion in their body, but based simplyh onb their appearance you advocate beating them or even murdering them.

So if Jesus walked into a church and saw someone trying in all sincerity to worship him, and they were part of ANY sub culture that had something he disliked, by your logic rather than showing compassion and talking to them he would simply laugh and burn them to death? Wow, what a God you worship.

Well, for your information folks, I enjoyed being in that church today, felt good about giving them an offering (wasn't much but as long as they use it to push their cause, I didn't care what they did with it) and it did something positive for me. Had Jesus wanted to strike me dead or address me in any other way, there were about five ministers and a congregation of a few hundred who could have done what they wanted, but instead they came up and said hello and greeted us pleasantly.

Hutchins, glad to know you know what respect is, if you ever learn to respect others you have never met and know nothing about rather than branding them as heathens just because they are different from you it might do you some good.

Calling Goths gothtards, minions of Satan, homosexuals, etc, and blaming us all for the sins of other people is not respect and does nothing for your "witness."

Personally I feel you people are a waste of time for anyone decent, but something inside motivated me to share the info they taught in the sermon. Maybe someone will read this and ask themselves if a joyful satanic rebel would go to a Christian church and enjoy being there as well as listen to what was said. Satanist do not behave that way.
