Evander Holyfield persecuted for trying to help wife find Jesus:

It should come as no surprise that a liberal judge would side with a woman over her husband's right and duty to ensure that she is following the righteous path:

The wife of Evander Holyfield accuses him of abuse, granted order of protection
Respondent (Evander Holyfield) and I got up with the children in the middle of the night to take them to the bathroom. The heat had been cut off and the children were cold. When I returned to bed I tried to talk Evander about this. He told me that I was only thinking of myself, the children's hearts beat faster. I pulled the covers over my head and he said that I was being disrespectful. He started telling me that I needed to start putting God first in my life. He asked me if I had been tithing. He wanted me to show him the check stubs of my payments to the church. I told him I was not going to show them to him. He then hit me in the face, the back of my head twice, and in my back. I tried to get up and he told me not to get out of the bed. He got up and turned the light on and started looking at my face and told me he was sorry, that he knew he shouldn't have done that.

None of this would have happened if she had just written the checks like he told her to.

I'm going to say a little prayer for Evander and I hope it helps him get thru the court-ordered social-conditioning program without turning into too much or a pussy because he doesn't want to lose his fight against Francois Botha in Kampala, Uganda on February 20.

I haven't heard of any receipts being processed from the Holyfield's. I just became aware they were platinum tithers until around 9 years ago.

It's amazing. All that money they made and not a penny to show for it. Oh well, I hear he sold his blood to some unnamed project that starts with an "H". They said the research data they gathered from there was invaluable.

Too bad he doesn't have money to pay the gas bill.

She marries a boxer and then complains about being slapped around a little. Evander had a defective heart several years ago. He found Jesus and the aliment went away without any help from doctors. He went back to championship boxing. Obviously, he channels to Jesus. Why would we listen to wife?

I'm missing something, I'm afraid. I'm not seeing a crime being committed in the above section, apart from the woman disobeying her husband, when the Bible teaches she should obey her husband. But that is not a legal issue in the USA, as far as I'm aware. Can any of you help me out?

Here is a suggested script for the judge to read at the end of the hearing:

"The Court has listened to both sides of this. There has been much testimony about, oh, turning off the heat in a house where there are children, demanding receipts about tithing, etc. etc. But, in the end the Court must rule on the facts. The court has found these facts:
Fact #1. We know Jesus loves Evander because He healed Evander's defective heart.
Fact #2. We know Evander loves Jesus because profession sports journalists reported what he said about Jesus many times.
Fact #3. There are no reports that Jesus has healed Mrs. Holyfield of anything. Further, we have never read on the sports pages about Mrs. Holyfield saying she loves Jesus.

This would never have happened to Brother Evander if he had completed the Ex-Negro© Program here at Landover. All he would have needed to do was to show the responding officers that he was legally caucasian and they would have left him alone. More than likely, his black wife would have been arrested for filing a false report.

We begged him to finish the program, but her was so intent on resuming his boxing career that he left Freehold still partially a Negro. Perhaps he will take this as a message from the Lord that being even slightly negroid is a recipe for disaster.

Do you think the Judge is a Negro? If so, he might be predudice against people who are Caucasian, even if they are not 100%

I wouldn't be surprised to learn his wife made the charges because she is a racist.

Hasn't Evander Holyfield been through enough? First he gets his ear bitten of by that crazy Mooslime Mike Tyson and now his wife is taking the tithe and spending it on crack and fuel oil.

As if our friend, Evander, had not had enough troubles with many bad wives. Now, he has bad children.

He owes 370 grand or so for some child support. I would be willing to bet the grown and greedy child is not even his.

And, I want to know, where is the mother of his alleged "child"? Doesn't she owe 300 grand as well? Where is the equality and justice?

I think Christians from around the world should take up a collection to help one of our own, the Christian, Evander. He has so much trouble making payments on his 10 million dollar house, he can't possibly send money to his spoiled children.
