    Larry, a god that needs money is no god. Any church that would charge you admission or offer to sell you salvation is not a place you want to be.

      I dropped 400 dollars of yesterday's panhandling income at the Luxor and feel quite bad about it. I was gambling for Jesus, but it just wasn't my night....

      But I didn't drink, avoided whores and have my ticket to the services on Sunday.

                  Larry I have to commend you on the attempt you are making in your search for the lord, I think that some of the youngsters in the congregation do not understand the demons that you are presently battling. If I can help you get through the next few days just ask.

                      To be honest, I don't think Jesus has been big on gambling, especially since his crucifixion.

                      I am happy to hear that you are avoiding the drink and whores. Sister Charli was right, baby steps. I just get so excited when I see someone coming towards Christ, that I want to start pushing.

                            May I offer a word of advice? Take whatever money you have a buy a one way ticket to Freehold. Fly as fast as you can into the direct care and guidance of the Pastors of LBC. I do not trust anyone else to supervise your search for salvation.

                            Of course, once you are in Freehold, you will have to change your name-- Perhaps Freehold Frank?
