I think this is the right place to post, made my account and stuff. ANYWAY I just ordered these new t-shirts from Hot Topic and they are BAD. ASS. One is white and says "I have made a HUGE mistake" which is a reference to the show Arrested Development and the other is a grey tank top with Bob Marley's face on it.
I'll post pics when they arrive.

I accidentally stumbled across one of these stores at the Merle Hay Mall in Des Moines. They had some t-shirts in the front of their store claiming that it was Scott Pilgrim vs. the world. I thought to myself, "Perhaps this is a Christian shop." I could immediately identify with that sentiment. After all brothers and sisters, it is us against the world.

Upon actually entering, I can't even begin to convey how shocked I was to find the source of nearly everything wrong in this world.

In hindsight it should have been so clear. A simple look at their sign should have told me to stay away, but I feel like God may have led me in there to do a little reconnaissance. What I walked into was a store that promotes nothing but sex, drugs and rock and roll.

First of all, their sign is written in jagged cuts and blood.

Speaking of, one of the first t-shirts I noticed on their wall was of the epitome of evil bands Slayer who have brought you such disgusting images like this.





Hot Topic is also one of the licensees of satanic Harry Potter paraphernalia.





The clothing they were trying to sell to women made my blood boil! This is where all the goth whores shop for things like this!

I saw such horrors as t-shirts for violent savage negroes God has stricken down. I had never heard of these racist negras in my life until I researched them.

Well, if you actually heard of the movie Gummo and have seen it, you see that scene in the movie. And main characters are far from Goth.



If anything they're either rednecks. Though the taller one seems to listen to metal...So he could be consider a metalhead?

And I hardly doubt Hot topic would have that in their store, because 1. They'll sell anything thats popular and I really doubt that the people at Hot Topic know about this, because Gummo isn't a popular movie, its more of an indie film. 2. I don't think the people would be so stupid to support self-harm.

They probably do sell Harry Potter stuff in there or even Twilight stuff in there too. But those series have nothing to do with Goth at all either. Shit, even vampires or witches aren't Goth, unless if you see one that actually dresses and knows the music (ex. the cure, joy division, alien sex fiend.).

Most of the clothes are alright there. I don't see anything wrong with them.

Rap music, and Insane Clown Posse have absolutely nothing to do with Goth whatsoever. I despise most rap music. Like I said before, Hot Topic will sell anything that's popular. Hot Topic isn't even Goth.
