I agree with you that suicide is sickening. This poor girl, abandoned by her community who should have protected her and blamed for her "sin" of being abused by a vile male attacker was reduced to suicide as the only way out of her predicament. Nobody was rescuing her from such barbarism.

but it wasn't her fault!!!!
when i was little, i was mollested. and i remember it well, even though i was barely three. just saying it as it is, i was. and my dad didnt make me marry him, he went up and down him and called the cops and he got thrown in jail for a couple years!
those things stick with you. so now that girl would have to live with that trauma on top of being forced to marry her.
if a man truly loves a woman, he wouldn't rape her.
