God sees the heart. There are many ways those people might have displeased Him by thinking private thoughts in their own head about there being no God, Jesus didn't really die temporarily for their sins. That sort of thing.

And it isn't possible to rape a woman who isn't willing. A woman needs to lie still for intercourse to be possible. What does that tell us about so called "rape victims". I'm highly sceptical about the number of reported rapes. They should come clean as the little sluts they are. God forgives the repented sinner.
