Landover Baptist Church 2009 Annual Easter Rabbit Extermination

When Easter time rolls around I get an urge to shoot rabbits. I have to take my hat off to Pastor Pistle's winning of the last year's annual rabbit hunt. It was such a successful hunt that this year we will be importing some rabbits for the hunt. I would like to apologize once again for accidently shooting Jeb's Basset hound but accidents happen. Our Godly co-president Cheney proved that.

We bagged a record number of rodents last year and that is testament to the top notch NRA youth training program. I think we will be doing even better this year.

I would like some suggestions regarding the primitive weapons division.

I am thinking we should stick to smooth bore muzzler loaders only and I would suggest that we allow compound and cross bows.

I will be using .22 magnums and for the center fire round in the rifle division I would use the old stand by 7mm mag and 30 06 and 308.

I will probably once again come in second to Pastor Pistle as he is LBC's finest marksman.

The nine to eleven division will feature Daisy C02 rifles.

Count the Hutchins family in! My oldest just got his first assault rifle, the old standby, an AR-15 that he has been busy in the workshop making his own drop-in auto sear, bless his little heart.
Is there going to be a girls division, you know, one where the rabbits are tied to a stake and cannot move?

You folks really know how to have fun. Being stuck down here by the Mexican border makes me feel as if we get left out of most of the fun. I can't imagine a more fun afternoon than being there with all of the men and children and blasting bunnies for Jesus.

We don't have many rabbits down in our area so I have to just take the kids out and shoot at cans. (You know, portoree-cans, mexi-cans, afree-cans, etc. I tell ya' there is no better way to spend an afternoon than hiding in a bush near the border.) I don't know how we would swing it but I would seriously consider another quick trip up to Freehold just to participate in this glorious event.

He's quite a good rabbit hunter and he has the proper fire power to drop Peter Rabbit. Those Wyoming jack rabbits require more ooomph that you standard varmit round.

Sister Sarah will be bringing Remington 1100 12 guage shot gun and her usual Carcano Manlicher, the rifle that slew papist JFK.

How do you justify killing all of those rabbits simply because they're rabbits? Of course it's one thing to kill an animal for food if you feel that it's necessary, but this is murder. Oh my God.

Rabbits are a vile creature. They are a promiscuous abomination. They represent a throw back vile Pagan times.

Rabbits are a pest. They are a varmint! They are fun to shoot.

I hope that Brother Ted Nugent shows up when we wack em and stack em grill em and chill em!

We are soldiers of Christ and we are declaring war on his enemies and Easter Rabbits are his enemies. Wiping out this menace and having great joy in doing so pleases our Lord. The ones we don't cook and eat we will burn on an alter for the pleasure of our Lord. The Lord loves the swwet smell of burning flesh. Read your Bible! It soothes and pleases our Lord!
