Is God evil? No, of course not, "He is Love. 1 John 4:8"
Is He evil? No, but God creates evil, but he is pure sweet love at the same time. It is not ours to judge God. It is simply ours to obey Him.

First you say He killed millions. That is correct.
Then you say He's a joke and doesn't exist.
It is hard for a non-existing entity to kill millions, wouldn't you agree?
