Your unsaved opinions don't mean much to Jesus I'm afraid.

Please make a thread of your own in the "Introductions" section of the forum, so that we can properly greet you. Tell us about yourself, your church, and how you came to find Jesus.

And if you're here to flame us, better take a look at THIS before making an even bigger ass out of yourself.

Rape is not about electricity you idiot, it is about sex! Just read this and it all will be clear: PROOF "rape victims" are whores (CNN)

First you have trivialised the issue with a bad attempt at humour, fair enough, I think you know what I mean by power. (Control over another)

Second, the concept of women crying rape on celebrities is nothing new, and certainly a half-assed magician getting played by a prostitute is hardly your average rape case never mind proof of why rape occurs.

I stand by my statement that appearance has little to do with likelihood of being raped.
Sure, you get the instances of drunken college kids who can't take no for an answer from a provocatively dressed girl, but this is not all that rape is about.

I am glad we can agree on that.

So according to you a good woman who is decently dressed is just as likely to be "raped" as a half naked slut?

          Are you gay?

Absolutely, I think I'm right in saying the most common form of rape is abuse within the family, this is nothing to do with sexual attraction... it is abuse of power and the motive of the abuser is a pathological lust for power and control over his victim... the sense of being more powerful than others.

Most rape cases outside of the home are carried out by mentally unstable, misgynistic men for the same reasons.

Rape for sexual motives does exist, but in the minority and usually confined to young men like my example earlier... the frat boy who gets a girl into the backseat and won't take no for an answer. Even that has undertones of misgynism and power.

Glad we actually do agree on something though, I suppose that is pretty rare!

Ah, that might explain why you don't understand that women who dress like sluts are more likely to be "raped".

I keep hearing liebrals say this, but I've never seen any proof. I have however seen a lot of crime shows where the rapist explains how he was attracted to his victim.

Well of course not, sluts who say yes aren't allowed to scream rape afterwards.

in the end of the day my sexuality has nothing to do with my statements on the subject, so edit my posts and call me names if you like... that is about the best true christians seem to be capable of in terms of discussion.

That is nonsense. No straight male would ever claim that a women dressing like a whore makes no difference in her chances of getting raped. According to you even whores would not have to dress like whores. Totally crazy. The only logical explanation here is that you are gay.

Why you should stop being gay: Romans 1:26-27 "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."

It's time for the law to respect this Holy Truth! The sentence for inappropriately dressed women should be twice that of the poor men who rape them!

Every woman who has ever been raped was asking for it. Everyone knows that.

I've ministered to many a young, confused man in my truck stop ministry. They are seeking a furtive sexual pleasure, but when they meet me, they find themselves falling to their knees and crying out for Jesus' sweet love!

I only have one problem with this. My poor 15 year old cousin was at the grocery store, during the day, with her older brother. A man came behind them, and knocked him out. He drug her to his car and raped her. As soon as he came to, my male cousin came and found her and beat the guy a new one.

I know the general idea is it is her fault, but I am having trouble seeing how. She was not alone, it was daylight. She was wearing a long dress, with a high neckline. It was not tight fitting at all! I am just trying to make this all make sense. She is very confused and troubled as well.
Matt. 6:5 "And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward."

Is her older brother, by any chance, a "pansy"? I'm betting he is.

It could be that he was wearing tight jeans and mincing seductively, as they like to do. He probably has a woman's behind, and this aroused the rapist, who only saw what he thought was a shapely woman from behind. Being a normal red-blooded American man, the rapist followed the instincts normal men follow when they learn they have been aroused by a homosexual; they inflict pain upon the homosexual (that is, they "gaily bash", that's where the term comes from) and then seek out sex with a real woman to clear their minds of the evil thoughts of perversion forced upon them by the nancy boy.

So, it's perfectly normal for the man to clobber the queen, then ensure that his energies were put to good use with the nearest female.

So, you see, by traveling about with a flaming, pickle-smoking queer, your cousin DID set herself up, and it IS her fault. Perhaps next time, she will find a normal man to accompany her on her shopping trips, instead of blaming others for her poor choices!
