Obviously, the one who had followed the Bible during life.

You are not providing enough information to answer that. How awful one has sinned in life is mostly irrelevant for being allowed into Heaven. A murdering child rapist can easily get into Heaven. As we are all sinners, no exceptions. "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) and also "There is none righteous; no, not one." (Romans 3:10).

God gives us clear instructions on how we can go to Heaven. We have to repent: "Except you repent, you shall all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3) and we have to have faith: "For by grace are ye saved through faith." (Ephesians 2:8).

There are limits to God's leniency though. While someone who murders, acts homosexual, steals and rapes can easily go to Heaven, just as long as he repents and chooses Jesus, blasphemy is never allowed: "Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men." (Matthew 12:31). So you have to be very careful to never do that. Because once you do, it's over and out. Forever. For all eternity.

But if out in the country a man happens to meet a girl pledged to be married and rapes her, only the man who has done this shall die. Do nothing to the girl; she has committed no sin deserving death. This case is like that of someone who attacks and murders his neighbor, for the man found the girl out in the country, and though the betrothed girl screamed, there was no one to rescue her. Deuteronomy 22
