So my wife never came home from the store. She left me and took the kids. I spent hours calling her family and friends and they either wouldn't answer or they would say they didn't know where she was and hang up on me. She finally texted me and said "The kids and I are fine" and that was it. I have no idea where she is.

I know this must be part of God's plan but I feel hurt and betrayed. My wife is the sweetest woman in the world and she didn't deserve to be treated that way. I wish I could go back and do it over again, perhaps I could have been more subtle. I'll keep praying for guidance but I just want her to come back. This is not the way I envisioned this turning out, but God is in control and I'll let Him lead the way.

This is my thinking as well.

She finally communicated with me via text message a few times. She didn't say where she and the kids were, only that they were safe and she didn't feel comfortable coming home. She said she'd never seen that look on my face before and that it terrifies her to think about what happened. I told her that was God coming through and helping me to overcome my past and rebuild a house that serves Him. I also told her God has a plan for us and if she would give Him a chance we would be greatly rewarded. She told me I was "crazy" and that she needed time to think about everything.

I then told her bluntly that she had 24 hours to return home and detailed exactly what would happen if she disobeyed me. She replied "I feel like I don't know you anymore. I'm not returning home and I'm filing paperwork tomorrow to get a restraining order"

I took today off and sat in a rental car outside her work and she never showed up so she must be working from home, wherever that is. I've also looked at her credit card receipts and based on the stores she's shopped at I've narrowed down her location to two different places, both places being friends houses that she works with.

I pray for her sake she returns home within the deadline.

Where in the Declaration of Independence is the word "God" mentioned? Where in the Constitution is the word "God" brought up? And yes, I know the pledge has "under god" in it so dont inform me of it.

Yes I do. If my wife does not do what Bible tells her to do, I will hit her. If I would not, it would be cruel. I love her very much and I don't want her to burn in Hell. I try prevent her to make mistakes twice by punishing her. Most women are not capable to think well, so punishing methods used with dogs work. If you hit a dog hard every time it barks, it will stop barking.

Of course I'm not using my fists to hit her, that can cause damage. I use rod instead.
