HELLO there my dear christian comrades! did you know that the character, lenar "Tracy" oxton is a homersexual? What an absolute sinner. In the OvarWotch comics she is shown to be kissing another woman. Emily oxter, or The Devil, as HE may call it, is the "girlfriend" of Tracy. I believe there is still some hope left to redeem Tracy from The Devil, as she will soon be converted from Homersexual to Christianity. Reaper, or Queen Reyes, as some people call him, is the saviour of OvarWoopthv, and i sincerity believe that he, and he alone will be able to redeem the sinners of the OvarWat Universe and show them THWT there is light and that God will show them his hand and save them from the Hammersexuals. Marcie, one of the most sinful characters in the game will be punished to rot in hell, along with her "girlfriend" Phoorha.

Why hello there!

I was previously a misguided "Mercy Main", as people call it now. I was only recently educated on how she is not portrayed as "angelic", but an absolute sinner. I have made arrangements to destroy my computer from the tainted video game "WatchOver", to make sure that I never have to play such a terrible, sinful game ever again!

Hopefully, this will rid of the damage that Mercy, and her lesbian bird wife Pharah have done to my family and life.

Now, I'm an agnostic (which I'm pretty sure voids any argument I may attempt to make because thats how the world works apparently), but my father heavily believes in Christianity, and he's backing me up on this. To steer back to the original message, I would like to do something similar to the "list of characters and why they are sinful". This'll be a bit of a ride, so feel free to just... I don't know, not read?


Anyways.


Let's start with "Benji". You know what, I'll just use their actual names, it's so much easier. Genji Shimada. "an abomination of flesh and metal" is a bit harsh, considering it'S just a cybernetic body that saved his life. And "a testament to the utter lack of respect for God's design and creation"?


...no.


Imagine somebody lost a limb fighting for their country. He would, of course, try to use a prosthetic limb so he could continue a normal life. It's not disrespectful, it's just so they can continue. Genji was given his body so that he could continue with his life. I see no sin in the prevention of a death.


Now for Junkrat. Oh, do I have some things to say about this one...


... Okay, I don't have THAT much to say, but I'm still providing a counter argument.


Of course, he protects the treasure he found, because he believes it to be his property. It's not because he has a bad relationship with God, nobody knows what Junkrat found. Also, God didn't take Junkrat's limbs. Junkrat did. He loves explosives, it's the obvious conclusion.


At no point did Blizzard consider making him anti-Christian. He's just a wacky maniac of a character who happens to work for money. Like Boba Fett. But I don't see Star Wars as being sinful at all.


Roadhog. My favourite of the bunch. One bit from the argument I like is "if fan material is to be believed". It's not official, yet an entire argument has been spun out of it, showing that he is Junkrat's "Sodomite lover". Allow me to unravel that entire argument with three words.


They're business partners.


Every point about sodomy can now be deemed irrelevant, onto the next bit. "I assume his primary job is to give Christians tetanus".


...WHAT?!


He has a hook! And a gun that shoots scrap metal! He doesn't carry dirty needles and poke them at the players through the computer monitor! Plus, it's an assumption. What's a better foundation for an argument; an assumption, or blatant facts that are right in front of you?


I'm not even giving any time for the Mei argument because of the use of the phrase "I assume". Baseless conjecture. Moving on.


Zarya. "A female Russian weightlifter". Not important to the argument, but you got that much right. "Some sort of butch lesbian fantasy come hideou-" Stop. Point A, there is no proof of her sexuality. That's just what the fan base thinks. Point B, the bible may say that homosexuality is wrong, but it's years and years old. Times change. It's acceptable now. Hey, my aunt is a Lesbian, but does my dad condemn her for it? Nope. I mean, what happened to Love thy Neighbour?


She's mained by more advanced players, that's true. Even I find difficulty playing as her. But this doesn't mean that players are familiar with the worst elements of the game because of it. It means they are skilled and an asset to their team. Being a great help was never sinful the last time I checked.


Now, I'm incredibly tired because I wrote all of this on my phone late at night, so I'll just disappear now. If you wish for a continuation, please tell me. I'll be happy to counter these arguments.


One more thing.


It's just entertainment. Nobody looks this deep into things when just playing recreationally. These arguments have just come from nitpicking and conjecture. So please, just let the people have their fun. Don't try to get it banned, it'll just ruin everybody else's buzz.
