Why do some of you cling on to the notion that Jesus and God are American? Jesus was, is, and always will be, Jewish. God's chosen people are the Jewish, not the American.             Hello.
            I'm not a Christian - if anything I'm an Agnostic. That may be "clouding my judgement" or "make me a heathen" or whatever, but I hope you can understand why I'm here. Not to harrass, but to inform.

            I play Counter-Strike. I don't particularly like it, but I do play it from time to time. I can assure you all that it isn't a "Highschool Massacre Simulator." On the contrary, you could see at as the "godly American Troops (even if you also have the SAS amongst other Militaries from all around the world) defending freedom from the clutches of the heathens!"

            However, this is a multi-player game. Both sides don't really care about the relationships to the true political nature surrounding the game, they just want to have good, clean, totally safe fun. True, some get a bit... engrossed in it, screaming "FAG!" in the mic whenever someone manages to out-best them.

            MILLIONS of people have played this game. Millions. I've clocked maybe 30 Hours on this game, most of which are the plentiful modifications for it which don't even invole killing. If millions of people have played it, where are your other hundreds of thousands of cases "caused" by Counter-Strike?

            You can think what you like, I'm just telling you that there was no ireffutable evidence that Counter-Strike directly caused the deaths of those so many innocent people. Psychological conditions may be involved true, they may have had trouble differentiating from the real world and a fictional one, true. However, there is no evidence that they bunny-hopped everyone or even learned the skills needed to commit these terrible crimes from a game.

            The other picture, the Lambda, also has a reason. It is the scientific symbol for a Radioactive Half-Life. The time it takes for a radioactive substance to lose half it's mass. The picture is from a game called Left 4 Dead - a Zombie Apocalypse Co-operative game, quite Christian in some way or another. This game was made by the VALVe Corperation. They also made a game called Half-Life, in which this Lambda is the logo. They have put in the Lambda in every game since as a reference to that game. Nothing homosexual about it, just a company referencing their own creations.

            Hopefully this has at least cleared some things up. No way inteded to be offensive, I just like defending my favourite video game, Left 4 Dead.

                        After reading that article, I realised my mistake, then I read further and was absolutely disgusted. I now realise how this site is just a mask for a hate group.

                        You people disgust me, making racist and sexist comments, then covering it up by using the bible to fuel your hate. This isn't what Christianity is about. God and Jesus are about love! When the people were preparing to stone the adulterer did Jesus not say that he who has not sinned may throw the first stone? You disillusioned people are doing nothing but throw stones. The love of Christ is what you need to be showing, not hatred against people for something they have no control over. You people are no better than the Klansmen, the Nazis and the Muslims.
