You know what they all have in common? They are all decent white Christian folks. None of them are looking for trouble, they are all trustworthy individuals.
There's nothing dangerous about a gun store. Guns don't inspire people to go on murderous rampages.
        But it Certainly helps

Which makes YOU feel more frightened? The fact that there are millions of trustworthy white gun owners who enjoy hunting and occasionally showing off with guns (which is wrong because it is prideful), or the fact that any kid can walk into Wal-Mart and buy any murder simulator he wants, that will teach him how to kill indiscriminately, use drugs, hire prostitutes and disrespect authority?
Im more afraid of the guns.

Are you for real? So someone who enjoys having fun through an entertainment medium, perhaps killing things in a make believe reality, is more twisted than someone that wants to go around killing things in real life? Nice logic.

Try playing the game before you listen to the original posters opinion. The entire plot, is not to go around murdering and raping and doing whatever else you choose to believe are in there, its to save the world and its surviving people by creating fresh water, because the current water is radioactive.

Thats what your kids will be doing, and i feel sorry for them. They will not know what it is to live free and truely be able to express there own mind. You have shackled them to a believe YOU CARRY, they might want to play a game where they can try and save the world from certain peril. But you have shut them out, you will have forcibly shut there minds away from such childish and innocent pleasures.

I'm a Christian, and I happen to love this game. It is my second favorite game. I've probably wasted the sum of 5 days on it. I maxed out the levels of three characters. It is completely fictional. Obviously everything in this game needs to be taken in with a grain of salt.

Sure, I liquify members of the Enclave with a plasma rifle. That doesn't mean I'm gonna shoot up my college.

I blew up megaton at least ten times because the mushroom cloud was just so amazing. That doesn't mean I'm gonna rig myself with explosives and board a plane. GAMES DON'T MAKE PEOPLE KILL!!

          CRAZY PEOPLE MURDER.

Oh by the way, my first favorite game is Bioshock. Heard of it?

Video games cause people to go insane because they forget that they are playing a video game and they begin to think that they have super powers and can kill whoever they want.

Then, when they eventually wander away from the computer, they pick up a gun in real life and start shooting people because they think they're still at the computer.

Also, you cannot be a Christian and play these video games. It's like being a Christian and being a homo. Doesn't work.

Sales of a firearm has nothing to do with it.

Yes, I am rather well off, having retired as from my primary career as a floor trader on AMEX. I am now a farmer with a 1,200 acre little place in Virginia. I still have my NYC penthouse though I prefer the quiet of the country these days. Thanks for asking.

                    You're joking right?

See, you're justifying the sales of gun because according to you it's caused by games.

I'm sure you remember the Columbine High school shooting. I'm sure you blame that on games as well. However, did you know the shooter didn't game? Like, not at all? Did you know he DID listen to music? And that the very same music was also listened to by all the other shooters? Did you know music has a very large emotional influence on people? Did you know that that influence is a lot larger then games? Did you know that games haven't made anyone crazy? Did you know that I have done a test among 150 gamers to test this? Did you know I also repeated the same test with music? Did you know that the result of this test was that gamers didn't emotionally connect with the game and were unaffected emotionally, while those who listened to music were affected?

You are not joking are you? You truly don't get it.

OK, I'll break it down for you. I understand you are a bit on the slow side so I will type very slowly for you. Follow me now....

You and I go buy a gun for you. Yea! Praise God! You have a gun. We will go to the gun store in Freehold where Bob will help you pick the right holster and bullets. OK, now you're all decked out!

Now we will go to the Freehold shooting range and run 100 rounds through it. I will show you how to load it, keep the business end pointed down range, where the safety/fire switch is, etc. OK, that was a fun afternoon! You can even take your target full of holes home and put it up on your wall if you want. (That's what my kids do)

Then we go to a gun safety course and finally a concealed weapons course so you can carry it under your jacket just like Dirty Harry.

You now realize that a gun is real. It can kill. You know how to shoot it. How to keep it safe. The laws associated with it. How to load/unload it.

YOU NOW FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT A GAME and that guns carry with them the very real responsability that you have the potential to kill someone.

At this stage of the process you wouldn't even dare point an empty gun at anyone. You are an upstanding, armed, and highly educated individual. You would never wave it around like a toy. Heck, you now understand why nobody should ever know you are carrying before there is a bullet in the air.

This is not even close to the path video games follow.

                              You savvy?
