I'm indeed a Christian myself. But while I'm a christian, I'm not like you. I don't completely bash on anyone who has even a slightly different view than me. You think that other people care about you purposely misinterpreting things inside games as sinful?
Minecraft itself has nothing wrong with it. It puts you in a random place and you're free to build and live there. What happens that can be inappropriate is entirely by the users.

Then you aren't a Christian. You are afraid to rebuke.

I'm a nice person to people, I invite others to church when I know it won't start a conflict (because mentioning religion to some people will start a conflict, and in the sad school system of today mentioning any form of religion that results in someone, either directly or indirectly, being upset, you'll get punished.). I play games. And I know what I'm talking as far as they go.
pretty much proves my point: I know what I'm talking about when it comes to games, by playing them firsthand: Most people here have either learned about the game from google or watching their child play less than a minute of the game.

Are you really trying to convince me that aside from eating and sleeping, you spend every second of your life reading the bible? Are you saying that anything other than the Bible is automatically sinful for not being the bible?

The story of the Borderlands game is great and well developed, as with all Roleplaying games.
The book is just based on one of the four characters in the game.
And I have actually yet to read that book. It's the only book I could think of that wasn't directly something you'd bash on for no reason, but apparently, you've learned to use Google. Congratulations!

If you want to know what I'm actually reading at the moment, I'm reading The Name of the Wind: Kingkiller Chronicles Day One. Not even related to a game.

To be honest, yes, I DO OWN MINECRAFT, and yes I do occasionally enjoy building houses and going hunting with friends on my friend's server.
However, I barely ever play it. Recently, my games of choice have been Red Orchestra (World War 2 simulation game, based on conflicts between Russians and the Axis forces), Battlefield Bad Company 2 (first person shooter based on the military), Call of Duty Black Ops (Vietnam war game with story about a soldier captured and brainwashed to believe a long-dead Russian man was with him and helping him to kill an evil scientist), Fallout: New Vegas (post-nuclear-war roleplaying game, taking place in Nevada.) and Counter-Strike Source (military shooter based on terrorists vs counter-terrorists)

Obviously, not a minecraft addict. I think I play minecraft maybe once or twice a month. TBH, long sessions of it bore me.

Have you ever wondered why you have so little success convincing others of your point of view?

It may have to do with your misunderstanding of the meaning and concept of "proof". Saying that you play games is not proof, it is a claim. We have no evidence of the veracity of your claims, apart from your claims. You could well have never played a game in your life, for all we know. Every piece of information about the games you say you play is freely available on Google.

Likewise, just because you do something has no bearing on "knowing what you're talking about". Otherwise, every golfer in the world would be able to beat Tiger Woods.

Note: before you go giving us proof of your game-playing, don't bother. We're not interested in the least.

There you will find that, not only are 99.999% of video games Satanic and evil, but the actual Game Console itself is a very real danger also. One article even describes how it killed a baby by burning it to death. Is this REALLY something you want to be involved with? No, I very much doubt you would if you new all the FACTS! It's a FACT that the Columbine Killers played violent video games. It's a FACT that they went out and violently massacred many of their classmates. Put them together, and you can see just how dangerous these video games can be. Violence begets violence, friend.

1. The xbox causing fires is often because of user error. it's a well known fact that it overheats a lot, because of a design fault.
The new Xbox 360-S design is a lot less faulty.
2. I don't even play Xbox much anymore. I have it, but I don't play it. I play on PC.

Oh, and I also forgot to mention; Griefing is nothing sexual. Griefing is a common term within the online gaming community. It's essentially a synonym for the word trolling. Griefing is going into a game, and doing things in game for the sole purpose of angering other players and watching their often hilarious reactions.
