Again Bible mentions baptism. That is what matter. Bible does not mention pope. Catlick "church" is false-Christian "church" that in reality dates to much later time.

You know one of the reasons why I am not Christian? Because you guys accuse without GOOD evidence. That picture of Soldier and Demoman? (Or for these people 'the soldier and black guy') What is wrong with showing affection to friends? Especially it was for a picture. I see people hug the same sex all the time. Not because they are in a relationship, because they are simply just friends. That's it. Friends. Not lovers. Also, the characters are killing each other because they were hired by two brothers who hate each other and are fighting for land given to them by their father in his will. So they are mercenaries. Not murderers. They're just hired. Alright? We good? Because you guys are pretty stupid.

hi all

first i must say thank you all for this board so i can keep my son away from nasty stuff the devil puts on this earth

as grateful as i am i am here to tell you all to ban team fortress 2 (abbreviated as TF2) for the following reasons

i discovered about it this weekend when my 15 year old son charlie brought home his friend and they were playing on his friend's laptop a game where it's nothing but killing, bad words, god bashing, anti-american propaganda, and worst of all HOMOSEXUALITY

first off this is their artwork they use to advertise to the MASSES



as you can see, they all are posed to look threatening (i guess that's what boys like these days)

there is also blantent homosexuality (when the doctor heals his patients they all say things like "i love this doctor" or "get behind me doctor!")

they made a character that looks like a soldier and he talks about god's world being his ("this is my world, you are not welcome in my world!") when i heard this i was MORBIDLY SHOCKED and appalled and ashamed of my son and he knew it

i was wondering why my son was getting into fights and after i saw this i banned him from ever seeing his friends

if you see your child playing this, tell them to uninstall it and watch him do it!!!

hope this helps parents out so your child doesn't stray far from god!

Ok to the doctor thing the 'i love this doctor' isn't gay you can love a friend but not love love them and that 'get behind me doctor' its a war law pretty much that you have to protect the medic.

Excuse me, I do not mean to pry or correct you, but I would like to shed some light on this matter. You may take this as you please, or you may ignore and/or dismiss my statements. I myself have read into this game and comic, and I can assure you, sexual acts do NOT take place in the world of Team Fortress.

I do not post this for any malicious intent, I only wish to clear up some of the misunderstandings. While they are guilty of murder, they do it to survive, as their skills brought them to be hired by two sons, both who are fighting for the will of their father's land.

To start off, Soldier, or Mr. Jane Doe, is not confirmed as a homosexual. He had suffered from World War 2 trauma while on the battlefield, trying to free others from the wrath of the tyrant and hate-filled man we know as Adolf Hitler.

As for proof, the picture shown below, where he is embracing Mr. Tavish DeGroot, is simply the two of them enjoying a game of baseball. They have grown as friends, and in the story, they were not committing any sexual acts. In fact, Jane Doe has a girlfriend, and is working to one day marry her.

As for Pyro, he must wear that suit to keep the fumes of his propane-fumed flamethrower from doing harm to him. This is set in 1968, so Pyro is wearing a standard-lined suit, fitted for occupational needs.

The Back-story of Team Fortress is a long and tiresome journey, and while yes, they have violence, there has never been one act of homosexuality. You must understand, as someone who regularly goes to church, St. Stevens, where I was baptized, that I pose no threat to anyone here. I love God, I truly do, as does my mother. We both reviewed some footage, and while it was filled with carnage, so were the days of old in our world.

If you really loved your children, and truly wish for them to understand, please tell them the facts. The game may be mature, and children should not be allowed to see such violence, even if the game makes it done in a cartoonish fashion.

Also, as for Soldier hating God, that is far from the truth. He was born at the time where many were told to fear God's wrath, and Soldier believes he himself is a soldier of God. He claims the world is his, though we know he only wishes to shape it in God's image. He does not associate with those who are of the wrong religion, and is indeed a very sweet person.

I know this game is wrong, I have played it and prayed for forgiveness afterwards. I usually stick to games that involve farming plots of land and raising animals, as well as bible games I play with my younger cousin. She enjoys the bible games, and is a beautiful hymn singer when we are at church.

Your assurances mean nothing. No offense, but if you're not with Christ, you are against Him (Matthew 12:30). As you are clearly not with him, as indicated by your own testimony, you are against Him. Christ is not your father, but Satan is. Your assurances reek of foul sin and deception. The problem is, your support of these deceptions won't just bring death and damnation to you, it will help lead an entire generation of foolish, gullible, easily led sheeple down the road of perdition.

You see, we all know that God punishes His enemies with death. The Egyptians were punished with plagues when they refused to let God’s people go. God punished Texas with school shootings and drought after the state said that the Institute for Creation Research could not have an accredited high school. God punished the ungodly Indonesians and Chinese with the Malaysia Air plane crash. God punished New York City, one of Satan’s favorite playgrounds, with the September 11th attacks. If you have offended God, He will punish you! And believe you me, God will NOT tolerate the offence of lukewarm loyalty (Revelation 3:16)! Why, if the Lord Almighty Himself considers you vomit, your "assurances" are nothing but the foul, chunky, steamy bits that make up His spue!

I play TF2 its fun, nothing crazy satanic or anti-American stuff at all in it, I am not here to tell you how to raise your children but I don't give two [NAUGHTY WORD REMOVED] about who you are or what you believe in, you have no right to judge or criticize anybody but yourself, you live in the year 2014 there is HOMOSEXUALITY everywhere and there isn't a damn thing wrong with it, I don't care what your 2000 year old fiction book says. The bible is full of wise and moral ideas but it is not to be taken literally, as are not the other books of Islam and Judaism which are all three basically the same religion. to take any of it seriously is equivalent to standing on the roof of a building shouting 'I am ignorant and foolish, and I will not base anything on scientific fact or general logic.' everyone is 100% entitled to their opinion so go on believing what you will, but do not force your ridiculous beliefs on others you should allow your children to make their own decisions.
