I think Bobby-Joe misunderstood your reference to the "Color Purple" Reverend. The lesbian motorcycle gangs have become particularly violent of late – even to kidnapping Christian males and severely beating them (till they turn purple) for their seed, and then leaving their dried out hulks abandoned. This might be hard to believe, but I've seen the documentaries personally.
