Godly Alabama Supreme Court Judge Moore has told lower officials to ignore laws that require homer marriage.

The thing we can all admire about Judge Moore is he understands what his office is there to do. It is to uphold God's Law and no other. Man was born sinful, so man will make sinful laws. It's that simple.

The solution is to refuse to uphold sinful laws. If Jesus hates a law, Judge Moore will not enforce it:

Alabama has a long history of defending traditional Christian values when the federal laws go amok. Just half a century ago, Alabama Governor George Wallace defended the University of Alabama with hos own body, preventing two black students from being integrated as students. Governor Wallace proudly stood by his motto ("segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever"), but unfortunately, he lost his battle. I pray that Judge Moore will not lose his!

Chief Justice Moore pointed out in his letter to probate Judges across the State of Alabama that the Federal Government has no right to impose rules on them. That is because the rights of Alabamans were given to them by God.

Judge Moore understands that God gave us our laws in the Ten Commandments and we are to follow them.
