A Michigan judge solved the problem created by the Supreme Court: no more marriages, period!

The ungodly decision by the Supreme Court made Christians even more oppressed than ever.

Michael Carpenter, the district judge in Midland, Michigan, has solved the problem created by the Supreme Court, by simply stopping performing marriage ceremonies altogether:

Carpenter said his staff, starting on Monday, stopped performing wedding ceremonies for couples regardless of their sexual orientation.


"The venue can still be used," he said. "If someone wants to get married at the courthouse, they can. It just won't be done by my staff because we'll be working on other things."


Michigan law (MCL 551.7) states that marriages "may be solemnized" by judges, magistrates, ordained ministers, county clerks and mayors of Michigan cities.


But Carpenter said there is no mandate that judges or courts offer the service to residents.


"It's something that's not required," he said.

Of course, legally he cannot say that this decision is due to his religious beliefs, so instead he justified the decision by the need to cut back on the staff workload:

Carpenter said that staffing reduction, coupled with increases in the court's mandated responsibilities, prompted him to find ways to cut back on his and his staff's workload.


"Systematically, as we find things we don't have to do, we'd eliminate those things," Carpenter said.


The elimination of marriage ceremonies is one example of that effort to cut back, he said.

God bless Mr. Carpenter and his staff who are so overworked that they simply have no time to perform gay marriage ceremonies!

God Bless the Peacemakers (Matthew 5:9)! They try and show the love of Christ by not condoning Sin, but Big Sodomy does not want tolerance. It doesn't even want acceptance. It wants nothing short of domination, and so any other opinion is viewed and promoted as hate. There is no way True Christians(tm) could have won this battle in the public eye with the gaining strength of Evil in these End Times. What we can do now is refuse to engage in the Sinful aftermath. If one soul turns from their wicked, icky ways, it will have been worth it.

This new atrocity which allows homosexuals to marry each other may turn out to have a silver lining. We must redouble our efforts and hold the line against homosexual divorce. Eventually, these sodomites will realize they are married to a homosexual, that they cannot get out of it and that suicide or murder is the only recourse. Soon there will be no more homosexuals. I believe this is the nonviolent course that Jesus would advise.
