I believed in God when I was younger (still do). When I found out I was gay, I HATED it! Do you honestly believe people would choose to be discriminated against, spit on for something they can't help? God knows I tried to fight it, but it's like trying not to think of something despite it constantly coming back to mind. Could you stop being heterosexual? If somone despised you, rediculed, hated, and wanted to beat you for being heterosexual, would you simply stop? Could it be as easy as turning off a lightswitch? To the best of my abilities, I know the answer.

No one in my family knows because I'm scared. Terrified that they would hate me, despise me and toss me away like a rotten apple. My Grandma brought me into my faith, teaching me God was a wonderful, caring God. The other day, she bluntly told me gays, bisexuals, etc. were going to go to hell for their sins. How could I go to her and say I was gay? Would she hate me, pray for me, or - like this father - beat me into seeing the light? I kept my tongue but shame and guilt plague me whenever I see a regular couple and I pray, beg, urge for a relationship like that but I can't.

Son, the only reason you can't is because you don't actually trust Jesus. You haven't confessed to Him your deepest, darkest sins, you haven't accepted Him as your LORD and Master for your entire life, therefore your prayers are for naught. (James 5:16) As His servant (Romans 6:22), you should be willing and eager to do His bidding, and that includes getting married to a nice girl, having sex with her, and only her, and getting her pregnant with little Soldiers for Christ!

I attempted suicide, countless times. Hanging, suffocation - I failed. I really don't want to live like this but it seems like I have no choice. I pray and urge for change but I'm still me, only me. I decided to start a career in the healthcare field, hoping to find what God has in store for me there and do some good.

But you do have a choice, son. You simply stop being queer with other men and start acting like a man with a woman. Good grief, how hard can it be?

Don't hate me for being gay, I hate myself for it already. For no matter the amount of physical pain, it is nothing to what your beatings would feel like. Consider yourself lucky, I wish I could be like you.

I don't hate you, friend, but God can't stand the sight of you like this. Because you are an abomination unto Him (Leviticus 18:22), He will toss you into the fiery lakes of Hell like yesterday's trash unless you repent, put your trust in Him, and become a faithful servant. That means to stop whining about what you want, and simply do what you're told.

Your grandma is right about God's views on gayness. If you expect to get true fellowships from Christians if you come out to them you are very much mistaken. They will shun you with perfect knowledge that God is with them! GLORY

You may also come across false Christians who will tell you God is fine with you being gay but be assured that they are being two faced and they either hate God and are dragging you to Hell or they secretly hope to turn you straight by getting under your skin.

Here at Landover we are more honest. God does indeed hate you for being gay. You cannot be gay and be a True Christian. There are many gay people pretending to be Christian but they are lying to themselves. They cannot go to Heaven so are wasting their time.

Go and read the Bible and you will see that I am right. Learn to believe in God as much as we do and you'll stop worrying about getting into Heaven. Your whole ridiculous worrying about your gayness will go because there isn't a single gay True Christian. Imagine being free from all the feelings of being oppressed by your family.

Sadly, to then be true to yourself you may have to leave your family as they doubtless will not see the true nature of God in the same way you do, but this has been the way for many of us once we truly saw Jesus for what He really is.

I came to this website thinking that I may find help but all I got was being mocked and tread upon. I wasn't forcing homosexuality on anymore as I got an infarction (or whatever the heck it is called) by a pastor. Thanks for being merciful and helping me through this, Pastor Ezekiel. Maybe you would like to check the biblical quote in Romans about those being Unmerciful.

Perhaps you are a victim of not being one of God's elect. Not many people will get to heaven. I suppose you'll be in good company among the billions and billions of others burning in hell.

I would read Romans 9 if I were you. You might find some comfort in it.

You really need to spend more time reading your text. The Pastor is preaching exactly as we are taught to in the New Testament.
