And once they've mastered the art of acting right handed, using their left hand becomes a matter of choice. But that doesn't mean that they are right handed.

Why do you hate left handed people? God doesn't.

Judges 3: 12-30 is the story of Ehud, who God sent to Israel to deliver them from the Moabites. Ehud was a left-handed man and described in Judges. Judges 3 verse 15 makes this clear. "15 But when the children of Israel cried out to the LORD, the LORD raised up a deliverer for them: Ehud the son of Gera, the Benjamite, a left-handed man. By him the children of Israel sent tribute to Eglon king of Moab."

Others here has posted many verses where God condemns sodomy. There is no comparing of left handedness with sodomy.

God definitely prefers what is on His right or in His right hand and disapproves of what is in or to His left. Matthew was originally written in Hebrew. In Hebrew the term we would translate to "left" also symbolized power and was used as a metaphor for power over something, misfortune, evil, and punishment. So indeed God did separate the righteous ones to His Right and the evil ones to His Left.

I can only find two instances it the Bible where God specifically referred to the condition of left handedness. The one I cited, where God sent a left handed man to deliver Israel from Moab, and the other also in Judges.

Judges 20 is a rather involved story involving internal warfare between the Benjamanites and the rest of Israel. Seven hundred of the Benjamanite warriors were described in this way:

Judges 20:15 - 16 15And the children of Benjamin were numbered at that time out of the cities twenty and six thousand men that drew sword, beside the inhabitants of Gibeah, which were numbered seven hundred chosen men.
16Among all this people there were seven hundred chosen men lefthanded; every one could sling stones at an hair breadth, and not miss.

The Israelites eventually routed the Benjaminites, but God goes on to describe the fallen children of Benjamin in this manner:

Judges 20: 46
46So that all which fell that day of Benjamin were twenty and five thousand men that drew the sword; all these were men of valour.

If there are other places in the KJV that specifically refer to the condition of being left handed, I would appreciate being guided to them.

You're right, it's not easy to find bible quotes about lefthanded people. But here's a few were the left hand is mensioned.

Matthew 6:3
But when you do alms, let not your left hand know what your right hand does:

Judges 3:15
But when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised them up a deliverer, Ehud the son of Gera, a Benjamite, a man lefthanded: and by him the children of Israel sent a present unto Eglon the king of Moab.

Judges 3:21
And Ehud put forth his left hand, and took the dagger from his right thigh, and thrust it into his belly:

The following quote, doesen't mension the left hand, but it clearly states that the LORD favours the right hand:

Psalm 118:15-16
15Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous:
“The Lord’s right hand has done mighty things! 16 The Lord’s right hand is lifted high; the Lord’s right hand has done mighty things!”

Homosexuality is OK! Why won't anyone get it through their thick skulls. It's a perfectly fine lifestyle. It's not a choice either. You guys who say that people who are gay aren't normal, why can you never consider someone else's views and maybe think: "Hmm...maybe they have a point?" Have you been brainwashed or something? Oh!
