Indeed. I think the President's mixed messaging was a particularly astute way to keep us safe and calm. Calling the fight against COVID a war while simultaneously saying that we had a cure in hydroxychloroquine was the perfect way to gently introduce us to the idea that this virus is deadly.

Same thing with his pushing back against mask use and bans on public gatherings today--yes, the President knows that a good portion of the people who attend his rallies unmasked will die, but, as with any war, the brave sacrifice of a few often saves millions from stress-induced heart attacks and strokes that the CDC refuses to report as COVID deaths. We salute your sacrifice, Herman Cain.

Herman took one for the team. We need a statue of him in Freehold.

A statue of a negro in Freehold? Mayor Hold, I never knew you held such progressive views! But I think you're right. Herman Cain was whiter than a lot of white people I've met, and deserves a spot in the Freehold statue garden. Though we should probably ask the sculptor to tone down Cain's African features.

I watched the Sunday morning interviews and was so proud of the President's A Team. They defended him so well this entire fake news will be off the front pages tomorrow.

One of the team said, "If he had told the truth there would have been a run on banks and grocery stores. The economy would shut down and people would have nothing to eat." That shut down the criticism very well.

Another said, "You don't shout fire in a crowded theater. That is, unless there is really a fire." I liked that one too.

There can be no conclusion other than, GOODBYE BIDEN.

I know, right? There were huge shortages of toilet paper in the states which introduced some sort of quarantine measures. Can you imagine how bad things would be if we had a nationwide shortage of toilet paper???

The evening reflected a split seen across the country between Americans who want fewer restrictions imposed by state and local governments and those who believe that Trump should not encourage his supporters to risk their health in order to express their political opinions.

                No fear of virus

Trump said in his interview with the Review-Journal that he is not afraid of getting the coronavirus from speaking at the indoor rally.

“I’m on a stage and it’s very far away,” Trump said. “And so I’m not at all concerned.”

“I’m more concerned about how close you are, to be honest,” Trump told a Review-Journal reporter who thought she was socially distanced.

Later, when she told Trump she had tested negative earlier in the day, Trump mugged that he felt “100 percent better.”

Trump himself is safe and that's what's important.

President Donald Trump told the Review-Journal on Sunday that he did not believe he was subject to an order limiting gatherings to 50 people when he addressed a crowd of thousands at an indoor rall...
Close minded people are just right people who don't want to spend time arguing.

Re: President Trump Lied About Coronavirus And Deserves Our Thanks

President Trump again said a vaccine will be available next month. He has been very consistent in his predictions about the end of the virus. When he talked about it last February and March he said it would evaporate soon. All during the summer he said it would be available during an upcoming month.

The Presidents consistency has been much better than the so-called scientists. They said early on it would be in early 2021. Now they are starting to say there are complications and it may be later. We would all be better off if the scientists and the President were on the same page. The scientists should be consistent like the President and say the pandemic will be over "next month." No matter what month it is the message would be the same. With a consistent message we could all plan our lives accordingly.

Amen. Scientists are always changing their minds. That's how you know you can't trust them. On the other hand, the Landover Baptist Church has preached exactly the same message for the last 400 years. We are consistent, just like President Trump, and we are just as right as he is.
