I think it would be nice for someone of your church or your community to visit and help for a week or so in here (at summer some brother from the US come to bring some aid to the communities like bringing dentists and doctors and preaching the gospel at the same time), you guys would be most welcome!

Why should be bringing doctors and such? God gives illnesses to people at His will, often to people whom He hates:

Deuteronomy 7:15 -And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all [them] that hate thee.

Therefore, doctors are wrong trying to undo what God does!

The only kind of healing we approve of in our church is faith healing:

Jeremiah 33:6 Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

James 5:14-16
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Why would any Christian want help from a doctor, is just beyond my understanding! Are you sure these people who brought doctors were Christian, dear? I'm afraid these people were some of the false Christians, you know, the ones who don't really read the entire Word of God, just chose a few verses that they like and follow them, and at the same time reject the rest of the Holy Scripture. You really don't want such folks as your friends, dear!

I find hard to despise people that are blinded to the truth... I can only pray that God may have mercy on them one day.

Oh, most probably, He won't. God enjoys clouding people's judgement and sending them to damnation:

2 Thessalonians 2:11-12
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

There is no excuse to avoid hell...

I know, right? All the little children who died unbaptized rightfully deserve the eternal suffering in Hell!

Ohhhhh! I would like to, but the last time I took my yacht down there everything smelled funny and hardly anyone spoke English. I also made the mistake of giving a kid a penny which is apparently the equivalent of a million dollars there. Within seconds I was mobbed by dirty, smelly kids yelling and begging while soiling my Armani with their grubby fingers. I had to fling a handful of change into traffic to get rid of them, then had my silk shirt & tie ruined when they were splashed with the blood of one of them that was hit by a taxi.

No, my overall experience in Mexico was less than satisfactory.

Going as a tourist is different than going as going to do what God commanded us to do (plus, acting that way is not a very pious way to let people now the truth of Jesus) . there is a lot of people that doesn't speak english... it is true... but also you wouldn't have to speak without translators, that is the way we work around here....
So choosing to preach the gospel is to be close to the people (not caring for their smell or so, but caring for them to learn about who Jesus is [there are still some communities around the zone that haven't even heard the name Jesus]).

Oh, don't feel too bad for them. This is how Jesus decided it to be in the first place:

Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Apparently, Jesus doesn't want Heaven to be too crowded. He'll find a way to send most humanity to Hell one way or the other.

For every thought you might have, there should be an appropriate Bible verse to quote. Just cite and we all will be able to understand you perfectly.
