Real Estate Ronald on Economic Recovery in Freehold

Dear Brothers and sisters of the Landover Baptist Church
and all the True Christians(tm) of Freehold,

Genesis 11:3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.

I want to say thank you for giving me this opportunity to speak.

It's now 5 years since I was escaping to the States and working in the Real Estate business with the focus on Freehold. Since Europe has become a muslim nation I am very thankful that this Bible believing community has giving me the opportunity to make business here and some money.

1 Kings 5:17 And the king commanded, and they brought great stones, costly stones, and hewed stones, to lay the foundation of the house.

Well first I want to say that I think that Mayor Jonny Hold has done a really fantastic job while he is in Government.
But now I want to speak about the real estate in Freehold and for better incentive that we need to get more construction going.

Freehold, Iowa is home to the largest church in North America - Landover Baptist. I can tell you from very personal knowledge Freehold has no construction right now.

And we're not only talking about Churches there are many.
We're talking about high income housing and houses for Pastors.

Incentive has to be put back into the construction. We've had the lowest numbers of Churches build since 1946 and 1947. Of course the volks that represent the country did their tribute to the problem that we now have.

Haggai 1:8 Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the LORD.

I've talked to so many good people in Freehold and I talked to God during my prayer sessions and they all say the same word.
Depression. And I truly feel that this country now is in a depression. It's not a recession people are kidding themselves if they think it's a recession. You look at what's happening in the automobile business in the retailing businesses in any part of the country virtually is a total disaster.

So I came to this forum and I wanted to answer questions but I wanted to discuss these things. Something has to be done and some things have to be changed for certain types like building new Churches.
I think depreciation schedule should be very severely limited cut so that people have incentive to build new Churches in Freehold.

One of the big things that we don't have today that we used to have was a very good thing for real estate is having good and nice tax shelters.
And if you are a Pastor in Freehold and you make 2 or 3 Million a year and you can't invest in real estate anymore. Better tax shelters for Real Estate in Freehold would be a very good thing.

People with money like the Pastor, the Dentist, the Christian Doctors have to have the incentive to invest. Landover Bapist Church desperately needs new Churches and a new Golf course. Every city needs Churches and Golf courses especially Freehold.

I recently talked with a very respectable man who has the biggest construction company in Freehold called "Jesus Constructions" and he said they have not one building planned in Freehold for the next two years.

So I just was asked to come to this forum and I want to make this plea that we bring back nice tax shelters and incentive for the real estate buisness. I mean we are no different to the Vatican. They have no incentive and we have no incentive.

Exodus 27:1 And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.

    Ronald,

Welcome to this Godly forum. I just joined a few days ago myself and feel right at home here with the many True Christian™ brothers and sisters.

My husband and I would like to invest in the new golf course. We would also like to discuss having a summer estate built so my husband Arthur could use the golf course. Feel free to contact me through the messaging system here.

    kind regards

    V.B.

Thank you for that compliment, Ronald.

I'd like to elaborate on how the economy of Freehold works. It is like this.

The people of Freehold are almost exclusively member of Landover Baptist. We do not sin. God rewards us with prosperity. This prosperity is not based on tax incentives, but on God's favor.

All the best to you in your enterprise.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Re: Real Estate Ronald on Economic Recovery in Freehold

Ronald, perhaps you can help me with something. I recently evicted some rather unproductive senior citizens from a duplex I own in downtown Freehold.

I did so because I'd heard you can make a fortune renting your units on Airbnb instead of renting them to longterm tenants, as vacationing young people tend to have a lot more money to spend than depressing old people living on social security.

So I was all set to double my rental property income, but then the Freehold city government put the kibosh on my plans, citing its strict rules about not allowing non-Baptists within the city limits.

You might think I could simply state in my Airbnb ads that I am specifically looking for Baptist holidaymakers, but there are two problems:

        1. Airbnb told me that was discrimination, and made me change my ad.

        and

        2. Baptists don't really take vacations.

        So.

Here I am, having evicted my tenants, with an empty duplex that's not making me any money, and a rather hefty mortgage payment that's coming right out of my pocket every month.

If you could find me some tenants, or a buyer, I would be most appreciative.

I'd would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that economic recovery and prosperity will not return to America until that Che-idolizing, Allah-worshiping, Mohammad-loving, gay communist crack-smoking, Choom-smoking, criminal-coddling, incompetent, narcissist, socialist, and pernicious Kenyan crypto-muslim Obama leaves the White House and Donald Trump is elected our next President and Commander in Chief.

Re: Real Estate Ronald on Economic Recovery in Freehold

I think we should not forget that every land we think we own belongs to God. Important is that God made the earth and every land on it.
And he made it for True Christians™. If u can follow my argument, since God never gave land to non-believers a True Christian™ Real estate firm should be allowed to take away land from people that are not following the Bible. I know the rate of unsaved trash in Freehold is very very slim and the few ones probably hiding their whole life (righly so). But maybe allowing Real Estate Ronald to take Land from nonbelievers and turn it into a nice building maybe a Church or simply a nice building would be an idea to help the industry.

Re: Real Estate Ronald on Economic Recovery in Freehold

While all registered deeds in Freehold have restrictive covenants preventing the sale to non-believers and those that are not True Christians™, these have been struck down by most courts in the fast becoming Godless America.

We might have to check with our joo lawyers, but I believe that a recent Supreme Court decision, Kelo v. City of New London, 545 U.S. 469 (2005) permits us the use of eminent domain to transfer land from one private owner to another private owner to maintain the religious character of our great city and to fulfill God's Will.

Re: Real Estate Ronald on Economic Recovery in Freehold

Surely Eminent Domain would apply in Freehold. I think it is important to remember that Freehold belongs, first and foremost, to our GOD.

Psalm 24:1 is clear as the water that flows from the throne of our LORD: "The earth is the Lord's..." No court in the land could deny that. With your Godly Mayor Hold at the helm, and ordinances covering pretty much everything anyone does within your esteemed town, surely JESUS Himself would be the Great Defender should anyone dispute real estate transfer rights.

I am hopeful one day to be a resident, and I know I wouldn't want to live in a home that had not been built from scratch with the Lord's Lumber or one that had not been lived in by a True Christian(TM). May I assume that a spiritual inspection is done of all empty homes so that the necessary exorcisms (if any) are accomplished prior to resale or reassignment?

When conservative justices are named to the SCOTUS under our next Republican president, things like this will be less worrisome. But if satan should be successful in winning the election in November, Freehold should consider seceding from the state of Iowa and indeed from the United States. GOD WILL PROVIDE. There is no doubt in my mind. Such a secession would prevent being under the reign of the demonic hordes in Washington DC and allow JESUS to be King of the Land, with Mayor Hold as His Earthly Representative.

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man.
                Amen and Amen
