Hello.

I am so glad to have found this wonderful place, teaching the true word of the Lord.


I am from England, and go to the Communal Unity National Trust church, I have come to aid my immediate family in their faith after my Mother gave birth to a disabled child.


I was in a point of turmoil, as I knew its disabilities were a punishment from God, but my Mother saw the abomination as 'special'!


It took literally hours of talking to her to remove it from the life support machine, Dr's had nearly poisoned her mind into believing it could be saved, and she nearly followed through with its treatment and would of raised it as a human being!


Luckily, she come round after some good scriptural reading, and the demon is no longer with us.


The bible is full of amazing passages that I love, so it is hard for me to choose a favourite bible verse, but I do love this verse in the way it shows God to help Elisha, 2 Kings 2:23-


"23 From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some boys came out of the town and jeered at him. “Get out of here, baldy!” they said. “Get out of here, baldy!”24 He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the Lord. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the boys."


It shows Gods willingness to help those who believe in him, after all these boys should not of been this way, and the bear mauling them seems very just and fair to me.

Welcome, Englishman. We are friendly here and we welcome all who come seeking a better understanding of the Lord and His plan. The story of the she bears has always been one of my favorite Bible stories, but you seem to be quoting some false, corrupted, "improved" version of God's Holy Word. The only correct and unadulterated version of the Bible is the King James Version, which was put together under the direct supervision of Almighty God Himself.

We get but few Englishmen here, due to the fact that England has become a Muslim country in the years since most of the Christian population decamped for America. Do tell us of your adventures with Jesus in so unhospitable a place. Are you much menaced by Muslim ruffians? What revolver do you favor? How many are your sons? Tell us everything that we may know you.

Allow me to add my welcome to that of my Brother and Sister in Christ.


I, too, find the story of the she-bear tearing apart those obnoxious little children to be a most heart-warming testimony of God's Merciful Grace. Of all the infirmities with which the Lord has chosen to afflict His Beloved Children for their edification, or His despised enemies to express His Righteous judgement, baldness has never been one of them.


Because baldness was not a sign of God's disfavor with Elisha, taunting him about it was an unconscionable act and deserving of swift and decisive punishment. I imagine that the other children in the neighborhood were considerably more mannerly in the following days.


I hope that your stay among us will be long and fruitful. We all love Jesus here so much that mere words cannot express our enthusiasm for the task of spreading His Glory. Thank Him for emojies and their ability to express complex and nuanced perspectives.

Hello dear and welcome!

I am from England too, and I was not aware that the National Trust was now running churches. This is very encouraging news, and I expect that your church is in a fine building in beautiful surroundings. Tell us, do they permit hunting on their land?


My older boys are also particularly fond of the story of the she-bears and often re-enact the scene, in costume, to amuse our house guests. Do you do the same for your younger brothers and sisters?

Greetings English! I am Trevor McGregor and I am very happy to make your acquaintance. I am not allowed to join this forum because I am an unrepentant Black man but I am tolerated here by these fine white people. I am sure they will get along with you also because English people are all white people too. I have heard that England is cold and rainy like Wisconsin. Is that true?
