    Greetings to all

Greeting and God Bless all of you who read this. I have been fortunate to have been raised in a strict, fair and loving Christian Household devoted to serving our Lord.

Since finishing home schooling and working in the family business I have quickly learnt how satan has influenced and corrupted many in this world which saddens me and these people are in my prayers.

I am here wishing to talk to other devoted servants of God.

“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.” (Ephesians 5:22-24)

    Hello, Katherine:

As it states above, this is where you tell us what church you attend, your favorite Bible verse, and how you came to know our adorable Christ.

While you're at it, are you married? What is your age? What are your cooking and cleaning skills in comparison to other women?
    Are you seeking a husbandman?

We long to hear more of your testimony of Salvation® through the shed blood of Jesus.

    BrotherLarry
    Proverbs 21:31 KJV 1611:
“The horse is prepared against the day of battell: but safetie is of the Lord.”

Lord, may I serve my equine brothers and sisters just as I do my fellow man.
    Amen and Amen

      Re: Greetings to all

Thank you for the reply Sir.

As for the Church we go to our local Baptist church that has been used by my family for generations.

God has always been with me and my family loyal and strong followers.

My favorite passage has to be

“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.” (Ephesians 5:22-24)

I am not married at the moment as am currently devoting my life to the Lord and obeying my parents and assisting them with their work. I do wish to marry though and hope to make a good wife.

I am a loyal and obedient daughter and future wife and cook and clean as required to a high standard.
“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.” (Ephesians 5:22-24)

..what is the family business where you quickly learned?

Welcome to the forum, I trust that The Bible will speak as clearly to you as it does to me.

          Re: Greetings to all

My father is in partnership with his brothers in construction. So both my brothers and cousins work for them too. They mainly build residential but also some commercial buildings.

I assist with the administration side of things and in that have dealings with people and can see how satan has done his work. Many people these days do not live with God in their lives and are driven by their own selfish wants and needs.

Also seeing the way some of the wives speak to their husbands with such disrespect and demanding what they want...I assume they are married but again this day and age it is hard to know and just as likely that they are living in sin.
“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Yes, I know what you mean. Some people might as well have a big sign over their heads, the look in their eyes or something, the way they walk, you can just see what they're thinking about!

            And it's never very good.

Satan is a real enemy but Jesus is stronger. Perhaps in a way He is offering you an opportunity:
JOHN 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
                  context .. KJV

The context is included so there can be no doubt what Jesus is saying. The Bible explains how, unless your sister has blasphemed against The Holy Ghost, your prayer will be answered.

                  Do you believe The Bible?

The Bible explains how important it is to understand God's plan for Salvation. It's not there because we had nothing to be saved from. Every Christian has been rescued from a depravity beyond our comprehension even while we were engaged with it. Satan is its author. Everything he does is vile. And although everything your sister does is vile in God's sight too, from time to time she might do something beneficial for someone. The Bible is clear:
ISAIAH 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
                      context .. KJV

It's getting late here. We both understand how God sees your sister, and I will remember you two before I go to sleep tonight. Here is a lovely psalm:

While you should be ashamed that you don't know the Bible so well (after all, you do claim to be a Christian, and knowing the Bible kinda goes in the job description), there is a very simple remedy to your ignorance:

Say - is your father trying to sell you, or are you unmarried due to some flaw? Is it possible I could speak with him? You could show him this:

Qualifications: Handsome, muscled, strong, not afraid of hard work, True Christian(TM), well-versed in the Bible (no pun intended), strictly heterosexual (only Kirk Cameron has ever tempted me, other than Dr. Niles and that burly dockworker at my former place of employment. Well and a few others)
