What does make you think that we haven't got enough Jesus? (His name should be capitalized, not just because He's God but also because English grammar requires capitalization of proper names).

Please show me a True Christian(tm) misquoting what Jesus said. (You should start by actually reading the Holy Bible; we'll wait).

It is God who is all knowing. We just go with what He says. One of the things He says is : Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.- Leviticus 26:1. As a Roman Catholic, how do you reconcile the practices of your religion with the inerrant word of Almighty God?

"I know I'm right and you're wrong" is a five-year-old reasoning level.

In order to be educated and know that we're wrong you'd have to know 1) your version of the Bible, 2) our version of the Bible, 3) differences between them, and 4) the reasons why your version is superior.

Otherwise, you are still just an ignorant basing your opinion on feelings instead of facts.

During your educational experiences have you encountered the many examples of "saints" who are, in actuality, simply co-opted versions of various pagan deities that the Catholic Church subsumed to further its own agenda?

I see from your initial post that you are a taig (that's a catholic by the way). How has this affected your life and what has it given you with regards to a fully rounded world view?


From your comment, quoted above, I assume that you read the Christian Community Bible which, for some strange reason, seems to be the Book of choice for idolaters these days. You do realize that all the Good bits have been left out, don't you?


BTW were you ever an altar boy?
