All sorts of outrage there. None of it concerned about voting rights, the environment, poverty programs, free speech at al.

Also no interest or emotion in what the Bible says about slavery, or stoning virgins who are raped in urban settings, the sanctity of Godly genocide and capital punishment for homosexuals.


Their only anger is directed towards those who might threaten their access to video games and those who who don't know chapter and verse of their game lore backstories.


They will keep repeating the same explanations about the same characters until your eyes glaze over. They're a bunch of boring zealots, if you ask me.

I'm sure you would get quite offended if something you enjoyed and liked was insulted like that.
They probably mean no harm and merely get a bit angry.
To put it into perspective, it's a bit like insulting ones religion, if a person was going around insulting Christianity I'm sure you would be a bit hostile to them.

I've spent a few hundred hours on the games you mentioned, and I can understand if someone got a bit hurt when you insult them, they feel a bit personal at times since you generally get attached to your character.

That's just my opinion though, you can disagree all you like, I don't mind.

The famous and endearing Reverend Pat Robertson once said "The feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians." I am inclined to agree. I've never met a feminist who wasn't looking for some way to emasculate a man but still get pregnant just so she can seek out an abortion. I think this is what makes them so bitter; they hate men but they know men are required to make babies. After all, you can't have an abortion until you are pregnant. This explains why they're always so confused and angry and have taken to the internet to pretend to be "warriors."

I urge our new visitor to go and look at one of the gamer threads. Skip the OP, it'll be dumb, boring, longwinded, and pointless. Look at the first response. See it mirrored in the second response. See the exact same points raised in the exact same order in almost exactly the same words in the 5th, 7th, ... 3000th responses.

Then see one of the True Christians™ attempt to ask why they not only ignore all of the Scripture justifying whatever point the OP made, but why they also ignore all of the responses from their cohort. "It doesn't matter what others say", they'll claim, "it only counts when I say it, because my mommy didn't tell them they were special, she only told me, so I'm the only one with an opinion that matters, and you have to respect my opinion because it's my opinion, so it doesn't matter that I'm the X thousandth to say this, it matters that I'M the one saying this now on this 5 year old thread that no one cares about".

Actually, don't do that. You may still want to hold onto a shred of hope for the future of mankind, and reading those threads will not help.

So when the eel headed harridan came at me, reeking of cheese and lutefisk, I knew she was mad at the world. Mad at Italy for inventing the meatball first. Mad at Norway for having a nicer country. Mad atthe Japanese for teaching Swedes to remove their shoes indoors. Mad at America for kicking her countries butt during WWII. But mostly she is mad at us Christians for taking so long to get to her backwater country and get rid of all the smelly, stupid vikings.


I therefore tried not to take it personally. The poor thing has the weight of the world on her shoulders. She lives on a communist ice shelf with rickety IKEA toy furniture. She has no cuisine to speak of, no culture, and God knows no music. And she is surrounded by countries filled with people who are better looking, blonder, and more intelligent than hers.


It only makes sense then that she would vent her rage upon a proud patriot of the greatest nation on earth. We Americans represent everything her country will never be, all the things she will never have. High culture, high cuisine, streets uncluttered by bulldykes and bread lines, and laughably ugly, stupid neighbors to the north and south. The poor thing is envious that she couldn't manage to land a prime catch like Melania did and be swept off her feet to live in a beautiful tower in a fairy tale land of wealth and wonder.


Let's then not be too hard on the child. She has yet to accept Jesus into her heart, so she lacks the emotional defenses and stability of we Christians. Because let's face it. We Christians may have it rough in the world. But as persecuted and despised as we are, we could always have it worse. We could have to live in Sweden.
