Hello True Christians, I am a mother of four and a loving wife to my husband. I was introduced to the the True Christian Lifestyle because of him and only through this am I slowly finding my way to God, so that I have a chance not to burn in hell. I still have a lot to work on and do not yet consider myself saved. I diligently study the Bible every day in order to improve, but I make many mistakes that my husband and God are disappointed in. I am, of course, a woman which makes me intellectually far inferior and am glad to have my husband who keeps me in line when I do something God would not approve of. I, of course, gave up my job and remain at home in order to raise the children and serve my husband. I enjoy knitting and baking but currently have little time to do that due to an issue we are having with our 14 year old daughter.
She has been losing weight and acting very, very vain. I fear for her ability to make babies in the future because of her lack of fat. She only cares about her appearances, spending hours per day brushing her hair. And has a very high level of self-confidence, which, of course, no woman should possess. Of course my husband disciplines me every day for her behavior, as it is my job to raise the girl and I am not fulfilling my duties. I am absolutely at my wits end though. My husband has thrown away everything she possessed so she only has the bible and he punishes her nearly four times a day, but nothing seems to work. When he threw away her hair brush, she just continued to brush it with her hands, which she should be using to open the Bible. I feel as if though I am failing as a mother and a wife.
On a better note. We attend the Central Baptist Church in Florida and are avid Trump Supporters. Our sons are, thankfully, turning into fine young men, who live for Christ and take in their father's footsteps. One of them even leads a monthly march against homosexuality in our neighborhood. My favorite Bible verse is 1 Timothy 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. I feel that this is one of the most important verses to live by as a woman.
I hope that I can find like minded people in this community who will help me to improve myself as a good Christian. (And yes, I have my husband's permission to be using the internet. Just so no one thinks I am one of those sinners, who sits around all day instead of trying to please my husband)
