Oh Miss Calisto I do feel mighty sorry for you. You seem like you would have been such a nice young lady, with such potential to be a beautiful Christian wife for some loving man. If it weren't for the fact that Satan has sucked away every drop of goodness your poor soul might once have had. I frankly do not understand why anyone like Calisto posts on this forum. Calisto, do you honestly think that we are going to read a couple of your posts where you tell us the Christian faith in insufficiently this or too much that and we will just say "Oh my garsh, your right. I'll switch over to atheism this very moment." Or do you come here knowing that you will not convert us but to insult us?

I have a suggestion. Spend your time on a forum for NASCAR racing or Polish volleyball or some such nonsense. Tell them "Oh, NASCAR is for idiots" or "Oh, volleyball doesn't really interest me; why don't you all abandon this and interest yourself in some of my hobbies, which include going to bars and getting drunk and going home with strangers or showing my undies on the bus to people sitting across from me. See how far that gets you.

I am not for one moment suggesting that our faith is a hobby, such as NASCAR or football, but wouldn't you have just as much fun peeing in their bathwater and leaving us alone?

Unless you plan on seriously exploring your faith with us -- unless you want to know, seriously, why you should accept Jesus into your heart -- unless you are here to LEARN about the rules of behavior God sent to us to live by and the way to truth and light (and the way to darkness and Hell)-- then what, pray tell, do you want?

I'm a long time reader of your forum and decided today to take the plunge, and I fully expect to be rebuked. I'm an atheisn't feminazi lieberal, and quite proud of that despite my inevitable eternal damnation. I will try to keep my spitting in God's face to a minimum but I can't promise it will never happen.

Yes, I am disappointed by the general quality of non-believer you get here (with some exceptions).

Thank you all for the concern over my eternal soul. No worries, I'm not here to try and convert anyone to reason. Like I said, I'm a long time reader and I've seen so many trolls come on screaming "there is no god the bible is fake it was written by men 2000 years ago how can u believe it any more stop being sheep!!!!111!!!!!" that I figured a little balance on the non-believer side's not a bad thing. It's hard to claim the side of reason when the people on my side aren't showing a firm grasp of it.

The verse is given in the number 111, amongst your exclamation marks above.

It is clearly a reference to Numbers:11:1: And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.

The message is that The Lord does not wish there to be dissent. Dissent causes rifts and rifts lead to wars and God always wins.

Don't feel bad about the abuse these so-called pastors will heap on you just because you can write a good sentance. They will always attack the strongest the hardest...as an example to the morons..
