I'm not as big of a Christian as all of you, I'll be honest. I'm not here to flame, but I am here to question.

A little bid about me, I play travel soccer, recreational dodgeball, volleyball and badminton. I am a Christian and I wanted McCain to win, but I am not a racist, I just don't agree with free healthcare and Obama's racist church.

You reject the Holy Bible, you don't attend church...What "god" are you serving? An imaginary one that allows you to make up the rules as you go along?

We follow the Holy KJV1611 Bible friend. All of it, not just the parts we remember from Sunday Bible School.

I do attend church, every sunday. I do not reject the Holy Bible, you make it seem like I want nothing to do with it. Between College, Church, sports, a job, and a girlfriend, I really don't have so much time to sit down and read the bible anymore. I used to read it every night before I went to sleep.

A group of 10 friends including myself donated over 3,000 dollars to a nearly bankrupt Christian children's home, so don't try to tell me I reject God or am a bad person. You helped a Basketball team win, I helped people survive.

Well aren't we proud of ourselves? Do you know what the Bible says about our good works? They are "as filthy rags" according to God. (Isaiah 64:6)

And those who flaunt their good works will not get credit from God.

Matthew 6:1
Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 23:3, 5
Do not ye after their works ... all their works they do for to be seen of men.

You might want to take a look at my sermon on the subject HERE. It sounds to me like you've been indoctrinated by some false Christian church. Don't tell me you're a Methodist or something...

Look, Danny, Pastor Zeke did prove you wrong. I don't know by which authority can you claim otherwise. You're not a good Christian if you go around boasting how much money you've donated.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Pastor Zeke quoted some relevant Scripture. Surely you could use a little more modesty instead of showing off your good works. Check Pastor Zeke's signature. You might find "Boasters" in there. Hint: Romans 1:30

What is wrong with being an extremist when it comes to the Bible? You would rather be mild and lukewarm when it comes to the Bible? Jesus has plans for you then...

You don't have to say you skip over the parts you don't like. It's already implicitly evident on how you are angry with us for following all of the Bible. If you truly followed all the Bible, 100%, neither taking away nor adding, then you wouldn't be so uptight and whiny.

The Bible says that you should obey Pastor’s Orders!

Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

I don't think you're a Christian at all. You have yet to quote any Scripture, and you refuse to identify your church. What kind of a Christian is ashamed of his own church?
