    Hello from Norway

Hello, I am a Norwegian Christian!
I have heard God does not like us Scandinavians, because of the Vikings. Is that true? They argue that the Vikings were not morally responsible in what they did, to for example the Anglo-Saxons in England, like raping, binge drinking, and so forth.

I am looking for someone to forgive all Scandinavians from our sins a thousand years ago.

And btw; Can I be a True Christian if I befriend a muslim??
    Need answers and prayers!

    God bless - no stress

    Welcome to our friendly forum.

Almost everyone can be saved. No matter race or country. Although the chances are different of course. It is just a matter of reading the KJV1611 Holy Bible from cover to cover and doing everything it says.

God not only hates Scandinavia because of its history of pagan debauchery, but also due to its current position as a collection of nanny states run by atheist liberals. True Christians™ are few and far between in those satanic countries, you may want to move of there as soon as possible.

May I ask what your favorite Bible Verse is?
"And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him."
          -Luke 12:4-5

Welcome Cecil, glad to hear an eskimoe wants to follow the True Path™.
            Yes, it is true, unfortnately.

Ah, that person would be God. See, you have a bit of a quandry here. Those heathens of yore cannt repent. You really cannot repent for them. After all, it is not like you are Jesus Christ and can die on the cross for thier sins. But you can try I suppose.

And btw; Can I be a True Christian if I befriend a muslim??
            Nope, sorry.

That my dear, can be found between the pages of the mighty KJV1611 Bible and on your knees with your Pastor.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

              Re: Hello from Norway

Well, I have to say I am a bit stunned by these answers, and quite frankly, some of them frightens me a bit. I am so sorry I used the Lords name in the same sentence as "no stress", I should've known better.

Secondly; I thought it was OK to befriend a muslim, but not a jew, according to their respective view upon Jesus Christ. Muslims look upon him as a prophet, while jews on the other hand recognize the historical figure Jesus, but not as Messiah. I am so sorry, but religion confuses me sometimes.

By the way, I am member of the Young Conservatives of Norway, a political party on the right-side of politics, and I guess you could call me a liberal rep. or a conservative dem. Either way, I think the way you stereotype me as a liberal atheist is insulting.
It might be so that some people in our countries in Northern Europe are atheist, but did you know that it is constitutional that more than 1/3 of those who want to run for a seat in the parliament, have to be a member of the Norway State Church?

By the way, my favorite Bible verse is Luke 12 I like birthdays, like when I turned 18 I had some friends over at my house, and we enjoyed quite a few bottles of wine and hard liquor, but I know that it doesn't make me any less religious, it's my faith that matters, not what I consume.

I guess you already knew all of your answers before you asked them? Is that some kind of trap? I'm glad I didn't fall for it.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Actually it is not that simple. Living by God rules includes clear guidelines on how you should live. This includes no excessive alcohol consumption. Ephesians 5:18 "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit"
